I know you guys recommend 7 Kids....as a place to purchase Magnolia stamps. I do have an order on the way to me. HOWEVER, last night and today I am trying to contact them. I have not been successful.
There are stamps I'd like, and they said that I should click on an icon--which I can't find--so I get email notification when stamps are back in stock.
I find the stamp I want, put it into my shopping cart, it tells me it is out and asks if I want to continue shopping. There isn't anywhere that I can see on my screen to be notified when the stamp is back in stock.
I tried to call so they can tell me where the heck that icon is. Someone picked up the phone and hung up......no voice, just a hang up.
I sent them an email with a question the other day and received a response within a couple of hours. Have you tried that route? I hope you get what you want soon.

If you're on the page of a Magnolia stamp you like look for the "add to wish list" underlined text. Right beneath that it says "email me when back in stock." If you put your cursor over that it is clickable and then you can input your information to get notified.

That option hasn't showed up on my screen. I've searched and then it takes me right to the stamp I'm looking for. It only shows that I can purchase it and doesn't say that it is out of stock. When I put it in my cart then it tells me it is out of stock.
OK--when I do a search for the title of the stamp I'm looking for not all the info appears only the option to order, hence, I can't add to my wishlist.
I discovered that when I am on that screen at the end of their info. in grey type is something like "click for more info". When I clicked on that it shows the stamp is sold out and within that window I can put it on a wishlist.
Yeesh--this has taken me way too long to find this information, but I hope it helps others.
It could be that there is no one available in the office on weekends. Some small business owners take the weekends off and resume business on Mondays or something could have come up in a family situation. I'm sure that they will get back to you, but it might not be until Monday ;)
Yes, I was logged in. That choice doesn't appear when you search for the stamp. The only thing you can do is put the item in your cart. Once you put it in the cart then you find out it is out of stock.
I searched again and the same result. At the end of the description paragraph there is gray wording that says something like "more info". I clicked that, then I got the complete info. screen including placing the item on my wish list.
This whole process has been long.......I'm not sure I have all the steps now, but I hope this post helps others to figure out their site.
The long/short--don't search for a stamp by name because you won't get all the info. on the stamp unless you click the gray wording.
I've never ordered from 7 Kids but have heard good things about them so I'm sure they will respond back to your inquiry. As for Magnolias, I have always ordered directly from the company in Sweden. Everything is always in stock, shipping is pretty quick, and the prices are really about the same as in the online U.S. stores. http://www.magnolia.nu/
7 kids is a family run ONLINE business so they may be gone for the weekend. They are usually very good with their customer service issues. I imagine you will hear back from them by Tuesday since Monday is a holiday for some people.
7kidscollegefund is normally a great company to work with..I too think that they are out on the weekend and maybe even today. Some people are lucky enough to get Columbus Day off...not me though...Good Luck...I have used them many times and been extremely happy with EVERYTHING about the experience.

I just wonder if it might be your computer (virus?) since no one else seems to be having problems. Of course, I don't know much about anything and could be totally wrong.
I have shopped 7 kids and they are awesome. I would deff send Tab an e-mail you will get a response asap. Yesterday I got my response in like 20 mins.. Also yes they are a family business and today is a holiday (columbus day) as many small business' are closed. HTH
It could be that the information you want is not appearing on your screen due to the screen resolution you're using. I have an older monitor and find this happening to me on some websites.
To change your screen resolution (PC-Windows):
Click on start
control panel
appearance and themes
Change the screen resolution
You'll see a icon for screen resolution. Change it one spot from less to more (for example, if it's set on 800x600 pixels, change it to 1024x768 pixels).
Click apply
Click OK.
Go back to the website and see if more information appears on the sides that you were missing before.
