7 kids college fund shipping question

Can anyone tell me their average time to ship an order? I ordered on Jan 24th and it still hasn't shipped. Everything was in stock.

I think they may have been away at CHA. They offer very good service. Just be patient.

I ordered on Jan 18th and got it today. When I spoke to the woman there she said they suddenly got a lot of new orders and she was behind with shipping. She was shipping as fast as she could get it packed .

She's usually very fast - I believe she tries to ship at least a few times a week. We were at CHA, but we're back now and I know she is working like crazy to get everything out! I'm sure it will be there very soon!

I think when we deal with small business we need to understand that if several people go to CHA that leaves a heavy work load on those left behind to keep the business open. Some sites just say they are gone for those days and won't ship until they return.
