Pat, thank you also from me! I got the stamp sets in the mail today as well. These really helped to brighten my afternoon as although my husband had said he had to go into work today, I didn't know it was going to be an all day thing and I was becoming annoyed. So today's delivery was definitely appreciated. Thank you again!

Brenda- the other extra ounce stamps are school buses. I'd have bought some of those, too, but they weren't released when I made my order. Ditto the two ounce stamps with flowers (I didn't really like the Katherine Graham 2 ounce stamps.)

I'm wondering on the critter dies, if there is a way to turn the pig into a cat. lol... I'm thinking if I change a few things on the face, it would look like a cat. I bought one of these for myself too, so I'll have to try that later.
I get an email when someone else responds to a thread I’ve commented on. Not sure how it’s set up as a default, but you can subscribe to this thread by clicking on thread tools and then subscribe to this thread. That would mean checking your email often. I think it might be just as easy to come here and check the thread.

There are a few ways to set up notifications. First, and the easiest, is to reply to the thread. The note you replied to sets up a subscription and the default is Instant. You can change how often you wish to receive the notification. You do this by clicking on your name at the top of the screen where it reads "welcome, hotwheeels". It will bring up a menu with a list and to the left side you should see Subscriptions. If you click on that you will see a list of every thread you are subscribed to. Each individual subscription can be opened by clicking on it, and you can see how often your notifications are set up for. Those can be No email, Instant, Daily, or Weekly.
If you like Instant, you should click on each notification as it comes to your email. That keeps the notifications coming. Otherwise, go to the threads or the Forum where the thread is, like this one is in the General Stamping Talk. You have keep going to the Forum to keep the notifications coming.

I have done first step by leave comment for years enough has happened. I see the subscription on left hand side. I click on that, and I see the fallowing. I see the thread. But no way to change it. And see a listed of subscriptions. And can open them. But how do I change them and what should it be marked as?

I feel the frustration about notifications. Ever since 2023 rolled around, I get nothing and haven't been able to figure out where the glitch is. I'll look around again this weekend, and check out some of the suggestions. Oh!, and as long as I am here and commenting on a thread that I shouldn't be making these comments on because it's only for PIF's -- I want to say I thought the separate thread would be a great idea, but I'm preferring keeping all communications on one thread -- this one. Yeah... I admit I'm having a bit of an attitude today. Still love you all, though.

Lercy, the system has been having glitches a lot due to upgrades and lack of testing. That is the way our computer programming world has gone. Not the best way to create and make customers happy, but that is the reality. Yes, I am married to a computer guy and I hear it all of the time. Anyway, a few fixes went in this week and for the first time since November, Lydia has been able to load the new Dirty Dozen ladies to the thread. She has been doing a lot of cutting and pasting, from what I understand. Enjoy the chatting! I read it wherever it happens.

Lercy--I'm with you on the dual threads, I thought it would be a good way to just keep all the offerings in one spot, but jumping back and froth just doesn't seem to be the best.

It's o.k. Lercy, I have attitude at times too. I looked for the chat thread a couple days ago, and couldn't find it. I guess it was hiding from me. It doesn't matter which one we chat on, as long as we continue to chat. I like all of you, and like talking with you. I think of us more as a little community and not just a PIF thread. Couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of peeps.

Without activity, threads move down so you have to scroll to find them. I did just add a note so it should be close to the top at the moment. I guess chat where you feel like it. I thought another thread would be a good idea as recipes were being shared, hints for mailing, discussions about health, items like that get buried and are hard to find again. If those items were in another thread, they might be easier to find. Those were my thoughts last year when this thread got so full of chatter and not items being offered.

I do not know what day a weekly comes out to your email. It is a summary of the whole week. Possibility it hasn’t come to your box, yet.

In the weekly setting, it's as Lisa said—you get the summary of the whole week. It hasn't been a week yet, hotwheels. If you want to see notifications more often, try changing your email setting to 'daily' . See if that's better for you. Or, just keep checking back here every day. It's a chatty bunch 😊
This sort of breaks my heart, but I am parting ways with my Tombow Markers. When I decided to dip my toe into watercolor, I went a bit crazy with purchases. I did use the markers a number of times, but found myself reaching for the pans and tube paints more often. Of course, people also use them for just plain coloring, or even lettering, but I have my alcohol markers for that. Anyway, there are 93 markers because I never went into anything half way. Now I'm inspired to sort some stuff out to share.
These are all metal cutting dies. Some have sample cutouts in white photocopy paper beside them. I'd like to send them all out in one bubble envelope, but we'll see what the response is. Happy to post anywhere in the world.
