now that I think of it I guess it's true it is after all pay it forward. I just had a scary thought. what happens if in which in most cases the shipping is higher then the snag ? now that sure would not be much of a blessings would it? And PIF is a blessing. If it was maybe when someone requesting something I would think it be ok to ask for help with shipping or then I guess that would put it in another thread too. nevermind me it's a New Year i'm having a slow start and lots on the mind. Love each and everyone im like mikey im just along for the ride!!!
my dh says he doesn't want ANYTHING to do with computers...so I call ds...he comes upstairs fixes it...then the whole thing starts to go here...and there...and dh says go get another...and I give my laptop to the next kid in line...lol

yes...their school provides laptops because we have a big insurance company locally...and they want to hire local peeps/kids so they provide them...last year ds dropped his and he had to replace 2 things on it...350.00 in fixing...I said fine I will fix that one but I would rather get my son one of the ones that are 200.00 (on a credit card of course) and then if it breaks I can buy 2 for the cost of one getting broken...

Plus it's wiser to get his own then you repairing someone else's . He could be using it and it goes bonkers but then it probably because it was maxed out its usage but then your stuck with the repair bill > I understand in his case he dropped it. But imagine it just going out on normal use.
so Are we change and rules shipping yes, or no? Remember supposed to fun and out kindness of out hearts, But I need to if change the thread up! thanks hotwheels
Nope Hottie no rules changes. All it was just chit chat. So this thread will remain AWESOME and FUN as well as FUNNY!! Btw i'm with Ms Arleen & Ms. Sande *wink ladies & tapping my foot
The original idea of this thread was to offer what you don't want at no cost to the recipient, so no charge for shipping. I'd like to keep it that way. ;)
Here are the basic "rules" for the new members who want to join in on this thread:
They are pretty simple. If you see something you like, you can claim it according to the guidelines of the person who is offering it (usually on a first-come basis). Some time in the near future, it is expected that you will offer something to Pay It Forward. You don't have to wait until you offer something before you claim something else, but we try not to do that too much so that everyone gets a chance.
That's pretty much it. I didn't want to make the rules too complicated, and I don't think we've had any problems with this thread. It's been going for a few years now, I think, and everyone has been so kind and generous that it warms my heart - especially on a cold, icy day like today. Thanks for keeping this thread alive and active and FUN!

Okay, it appears no one want those two stamp sets I have listed. So, how about some pattern paper? I have more than I can ever use and would be happy to share. As a matter of fact, come on over and pick some! Oh, and just to be clear, if you want the paper,, I'll be sending the stamp sets with it! :-)

Putting in a plug for Linda. It's not really a pay it forward thing, but if you're cleaning out some supplies, she could probably use them for her projects. Read the first couple of posts in this thread (above) and you'll have all you need to know. Thanks.

I bought some sequins from Neat and Tangled. Their packages are HUGE. I filled up my little bead box with each color, and STILL have about a half a package of each color left. So, I have three little packs to send to new homes! (They should be okay in a regular envelope, so if we have international member checking in, feel free to snag.)
I also have a pack of 4. Sweetheart Mix, but it was a thank you from the company, so there's a slightly smaller quantity.
Please PM with a choice-- I'll go by the time stamps on those. If you think of it, after you message me, please come post what color you've requested so others know it's probably claimed. I'd like to share these with four people.

The summer sky and sweetheart mix have new homes. Tangerine and Summer Sun still available. (Sorry, had to make summer sun green or you wouldn't be able to read it! )
I know that not every one can be online at all times. Some of us have to work. So, I hope I see some new faces to snag. Or some of you that have not posted on this thread in a while.
I have these stamps and 1 Embossing folder to pass on to someone else.
