Yes, very recently for the first time. I ordered some Memory Box dies from them. They arrived very promptly and I have no complaints, although I had no reason to deal with them other than placing the order. So that's all I can tell you!
I don't have any coupon codes, though. Wish I had had one.

I've ordered stamping related items from them 3 times and every order was quickly processed & delivered with no problems. They have modest shipping charges and competitively priced dies and other items. I discovered that you have to search the site and think of creative ways to ask for items. I you want it, they probably have it if you have the patience to search! 8-)
Another happy customer of 123 Stitch here. I have ordered from them a few times and every time I received the order promptly and it was filled correctly.
They typically have certain categories of items on sale weekly (i.e. all stamps with flourishes 15% off, etc.). You can sign up (for their newsletter?) to get the weekly notifications of what is on sale that week.

Yes. I order almost all my stitching stuff (DMC from Ms being the exception) from them, and have for several years since my local brick & mortar store closed. I've ordered from them many times over the years and have never had an issue. I find them prompt and helpful. I'm in Canada, and have never had a problem getting my packages and they always arrived in good shape & well-packaged.

Earlier today, I ordered a bunch of Versacolor dew drops and reinkers. They had a great variety, and the cost was much lower than other sites.
I had the impression they had mostly older stuff, but upon closer searching I found an MFT die I have been looking for, Lawn Fawn stamps, sequins (59 cents a package!) and a few other new/trendy items.
I've bought many of my Peanuts stamps from them, and have always been very happy with their service and prompt delivery. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
I'm in Australia and have bought from them over the last couple of years at least 20 times - probably more. I have bought stamps, inks, stitching items, dies, embossing folders, ribbon etc. - and I have to say that I have only ever been absolutely thrilled with their service which is why I keep going back. Each item has always been individually wrapped with bubble wrap and then popped in a padded envelope and no parcel has ever gone astray. They have a sale on every week so no coupons. I get their newsletter emailed to me so I know what's on sale.
I've ordered both stitching items and card making items, stamps, dies, ink, etc. Very happy with the service; they will let you know if an item is going to take longer than a few days to ship. I signed up for their email and they have different items on sale every week. Shipping is very low cost compared to lots of other sites and fast. I've been pleased with all my purchases from them.
I have a craft shopping list and I've been disappointed with Joann's online. As a bonus, I also saw some of my Inky Antics stamps sold there which made me happy, too . The whole list of rubber stamp companies they carry is pretty impressive - a lot of my favorites.

I have ordered many times from 123Stitch. They are the best especially with customer service. I don't have any codes but I will tell you their shipping rates and the speed of delivery and the quality of their products is A+.

This is my experience as well. I was surprised at the variety of stamping products they offer. They carry some "name brands" like My Favorite Things, too. Give them a try. I know you will be pleased. Especially shipping rates. Probably actually what it costs to ship the items.

Great place to order from! I've never been disappointed. They have fantastic customer service, really decent shipping prices, and will promptly send out your order. I recommend them highly. This is a top notch online retailer!
Wonderful company to order from. After receiving many orders from them with no problem, I received an order with a mistake in it. Not a 123 Stitch mistake but a manufacturers mistake. I ordered a stamp and the package had the right name and number on it but the stamp was not the right stamp (and it was sealed so it had to come from the manufacturer like that). I emailed as soon as I opened my package and I had my replacement in 3 days. No questions asked. I live in Maryland and they are in Utah. I wanted to be honest and let them see that they should check the rest of their stock so I sent the wrong one back to them as I had received it. (It was an small cling stamp so it only cost about a dollar to mail back in a regular envelope). Imagine my surprise when I received my credit card bill and they credited back my dollar, which I was not expecting or even asked for.

I have had the same pleasant shopping experience with them. Another neat thing to mention about them that is unique is this - after you have entered your order there is a form that pops up that asks if there was anything you had been looking for that they didn't have. I have requested several different products/items and every time they have responded to my request (and started to carry the product!). How cool is that? :cool:
I have ordered from 123 stitch several times and had my order in hand within a couple days. For someone that hates to pay shipping, they have the most reasonable shipping costs. Never had any problems with my orders.
