Did you check with a local scrapbook store? I know that at least one of our LSS's in the St. Louis area has 12" paper to represent several sports teams. They may have resources/vendors available that you may not find in your searches on the internet.
www.scrapyourtrip.com has a number of different hocky papers. I do not know if they have specific teams. Also, if you know someone with a Cricut, maybe he/she can cut you some titles or something in your team's colors.
I know I have to get Lightning paper from the LSS - but it's generic, doesn't use team logos or anything, the store gets it custom printed. I'm not sure there has ever been licensed NHL scrapbook supplies, because nobody seems to have anything like that?
Maybe a phone call or email to a Detroit LSS would help.

I know it can be hard to find the paper so I purchased a small Gel-a-tins (Northeast division Logos) to make my own Canadiens pages as they only sell one kind. The stamps are small and perfect to create subtle backgrounds or to make a center ice focal point, or on the awesome jersey shirts from Gina K's.
The only picture I found is for the full set but I am sure you can still find the smaller sets or maybe order them directly from Gel-a-tins....
You can also get various Red Wings logos off the net and resize them, print on cardstock and run them through a sticker machine to add to general Hockey themed paper....
That would be so much fun, especially if you want to document games against opponents and stuff! Gotta get this. We're huge ice hockey fans down here in hot Florida.
And SO smart about using the Gina K jersey stamp!!!!
