Thanks Rox71 for the idea!
Only Limit: color (Black & White)
Remember when you first started stamping and how long it took to collect all the ink and cs colors? (Actually, I haven't finished! 18 more colors to go! LOL!) Today's challenge can let you forget about what colors you wish you had (now or then). The only requirement is just to use black and white. Any stamps or techniques may be used. All embellishments should be black and white as well. (A neutral like a metal clip would be fine, too! I won't be handing out violation tickets!) Here are some samples to get you thinking. Thanks Rox for your help!
Thanks for your persistence! It took me several tries to get the thread posted, as well! I can't wait to see your black & white snowflake card when it's approved.
Oh, I like the one with white stitching on black CS! I might have to try that!!! SO NICE to be home on a Friday!!!! Why can't we have a Thanksgiving weekend every week???
Jen, thanks for the great challenge -- I love doing B&W cards. It's a challenge to try and get some patterns and interest going with just those colors! I had fun combining this challenge with the tearing WT36 challenge. Here's my B&W Torn Poinsettia card.
This is my first challenge, my daughter is home from school and is helping me with the scanner and computer stuff. I hope I get it down before she leaves on Sunday. luvs2stamp2's Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Here's Mine! Love this challenge! Thanks for all the samples, I was deeply inspired by them all. Who knew you could do so much with Black and White????????????????????????
WoW, ladies! When I saw the title of this challenge...I thought...how great could b&w be? I was so wrong! These are beautiful, and I'm totally inspired.
Just one question... How come I can't see some of the cards? Does that mean they were posted in that dirty gallery, or whatever it's called?

None of these cards are in the dirty dozen gallery. I think it's just because the site still has some work to be done before it's running smoothly again. Keep trying... it's worth it. I'm glad you found SCS! You'll never be the same! LOL! Addicted, I'm definately addicted!

In addition to what Jen already stated...If you're seeing 'photo pending approval' in a little white box, it's because the photos must be approved to avoid any X rated material getting on the site. The two ladies that do the approving get to it when they can, it's all time they volunteer to the site.
Well, depending if I did this uploading right, these are my cards made with the B&W. I really like doing cards in Black and White! Thanks for giving me a little push to try my hand at uploading!
I've been lurking & watching all the challenge posts for the last couple of weeks. I've had lots of company in town, but was finally able to find time this afternoon to play along! Here's my two cards:
One more from me! I was looking for paper for the inspiration challenge when I came across this snowflake vellum that my SIL gave me in a box of scraps. I didnt even know I had it and it made my day to find it. So heres what I did with it.
