Oh Hello to all my SCS friends!!!! I have missed you all! Have had eight extra people here and just no time to play! I'm so glad this moring I was able to engage my grandkids and we created this for today's challenge.
Thanks for looking and please forgive me for not being on line lately to make comments. Another week and I'll be back in my usual groove, but for right now I'm having fun with these little ones!

This isn't what I was planning.
But 1) I had to get a competition entry done following a sketch.
2) My best friend is coming tonight with her kids, so
a) I have to cook a nice dinner
b) I have to leave my craft room tidy because the kids will be up the ladder like a shot when they arrive, so only what I want them to use can be left out.
And I find this particular fold so difficult to use, if I do two a year I am doing well, so it was a challenge alright.
But I hope to be back over the weekend with one or the other of my original plans, and really use more limited supplies.

Oh yes - another rainy day here. So I was stuck between a photo that showed the twinkle of the H2Os and one that showed the caterpillar better, I went for the twinkling one. Hope tomorrow is sunny and I can get better pictures, rolls eyes. Make a Wish Spread Your Wings and Fly Away

I have to admit this was fun folding, (not laundry, that I still need to get back to). Pink again, that is what my DD said, and her favorite color is pink. Maybe I am wearing it out. I love the paper from basicgrey sugared collection. Oh well this is what I came up with. What do you think.
Hi y'all. It's great to be back. I haven't done a challenge for almost 2 weeks now. It's been so very busy here. I've been in Chicago for the past few days, not at CHA, but the timing just happened to be right as I was taking my daughter to the airport for a trip back to NY. Fascinating city as I had never been there before, but I'd gladly pass on the traffic. It took me an hour to go 8 miles, but I visited some wonderful stamping stores and met some great people. I went to Stampology and turned several ladies onto this website there. I also went to Stamp On It in Lincoln Park. I picked up some great things! Also, on the way up in Mattoon IL, there's this 13,000 foot scrapbook warehouse called Daisy Lane. I was only able to spend about an hour in there but as it's only 3 hours away, I can do this at any time.
I used my new Hanna Stamps for this card, as well as old favorites. I'll post the details on my blog later today, as well as comments. It's great to be a part of this gang again. Have a great day and God bless you! Oh, and here's my card.....I hope you like it.
Well that was a fun one- I had just made this card day before yesterday but hadn't posted it yet because I felt like the fold opened up a little when I tried to take the picture so here, with a folding challenge that turned out to be a good thing!! Hope you like it.....here's mine:
