Its been months since I've had the chance to stamp. It felt so wonderful standing in my make believe craft room (kitchen) surrounded by stacks of neutrals, at least 6 snowflake sets, and two huge boxes of ribbon. *happy sigh*
I guess I should learn to read better, because I totally missed the one embellishment thing, and I ended up with 5 layers!! Hope this is okay? Oh well, I tried!!
Actually ... I created my card last night .. but my camera is on a temporary visit at DD's ... Trying to raise the oldie-goldie from the "crypt" .. but it just isn't looking promising yet. Just hoping & trying at this point! ;)
Ahhhhh! I finally have resurrected the old digital .... soon, my trusty Canon will return from a short visit at DD's. ;) Have you ever tried to do without your favorite camera???
I've never yet tried the LS challenge, and promised myself that I was going to do it this week. So here goes! ==> Snowflakes LSC143 Challenge
Better late than never! Here's my neutral snowflake card. I forgot to flip the photo..it's supposed to be a vertical card. I also realized after I uploaded that I probably should have counted my heat tool as a specialized tool....sorry! TFL Neutral snowflakes by Taylor-made at Splitcoaststampers

Here is my LSC 143 done in black and white neutral colors. Two different snowflake stamps were used. Snowflakes were stamped with whisper white and embossed with hologram ep. The heat gun was my one tool and the teeny bit of color is the purely pomegranate sentiment. It is finished off with a white velvet ribbon.
I think I followed all the rules and hope you like it.

It has taken me a week to get this card uploaded. It is my first limited supply challenge card. Now I have to get to work on this weeks challenge. Here is my card: LSC143 let it snowflake by MariLynn at Splitcoaststampers
Let me know what you think.
This is my first challenge. Done in smooth & textured beiges. The snowflakes & leaves were done on my cuttlebug. That may count as two embellishments (one machine which I cannot stop using! ) The snowflakes are done with velvet frame matting board which I got from a friend. The velvet is pulled from the mat so it isn't too thick.
