I had a headache earlier that kept me down for the better part of the afternoon, but it finally broke a couple hours ago so I decided to make another card. I'm really happy with how it turned out.
you have a real winner with this challenge! I had so much fun looking at all the cards (quick looks - I'll be back to comment later!).
I too cased the Heartfelt Thanks card - but changed the layout from portrait to landscape, so didn't upload. And I loved seeing everyone's versions of the same card. And quite frankly - some much improved!
OK - I am posting my card again (it disappeared yesterday afternoon) - thanks to everyone who commented the first time around!
This was a GREAT challenge!!
I will have to try this challenge where I don't disqualify myself from it. I picked out a card in the new catty that I really liked. A quick and easy one and had the set in mind. I got all the pieces cut out and laid them on top of each other and it was tooooooo plain. I can't do plain backgrounds anymore. I ran the cs thru a CB folder. 2nd one I didn't add the extra layer but had to put it thru a CB folder. I tried Jen! Back to the catty and will attempt one that fits the challenge. I really like how the cards turned out and will make up a bunch more for note card sets to use for gifts.
For some reason this was very difficult for me. I think it was hard to settle on one card. Then what I came up with is so boring! But anyhoo, here it is. Maybe someone will like it  . It's a case of page 96B.

Another attempt to make a challenge card that stays within the rules. I'm not sure I like it. The card I cased is on pg 55 of the catty. Here is my version.
Heres my take on french flair pg 129. It didn't scan very well ...the chipboard was inked with apricot appeal and then embossed with hologram highlights

I have been so busy making card swaps for Convention that I haven't had time to work on any other challenges. I am ready to work on a simple card, so I'm off to look through the catty... again... and find a cute and quick card to CASE.
Here's another catty case card. This was a great challenge Jen in helping me get ready for a workshop for women who truly have *no time to stamp* -- LOL!!!

This was a fun challenge and I came SOOOOO close to finishing it. I had the card all done but at the last minute, I just had to an one extra layer for the card base! Oh well, it was fun trying!!

That's OK; upload your card anyway! It's OK to change the colors, images, layouts, embellishments, or whatever when you CASE!! Having that extra layer probably makes the card even better!!!

Here is my catty CASE. The original card is on page 105. I wanted to make it look less bright and more like something my ds could give to aunts and uncles as thank you cards.Gallery at Splitcoaststampers Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks for looking!
