SBTC14- you choose the theme
Theme Challenge #1-
A is for�adorable, affectionate, amazing, attractive and so much more. Let�s go back to the basics, this weeks challenge is to design a layout using the letter �A� and tell me what it stands for. Example is, A is for Adorable, Amazing and so on, get it? Now the challenge is, YOU HAVE to use the letter �A� and it has to be the largest letter on the page, at least 2�. Don�t forget to journal on your page.

Theme Challenge #2-
Siblings, siblings, siblings, we all have them or know someone who does. Let�s show case our beautiful sisters and our brave brothers. If you don�t have siblings ( I don�t) SB your DH�s siblings or your children together or even your parents with their siblings and last resort, SB your best friend, that�s my sister. The challenge YOU HAVE to use a poem! I know it sounds hard but there are TONS of websites that have hundreds of free poems, find one that best suits the relationship on the layout. Jouranling is optional since your using the poem.
Scan or take a photo of your work, upload with SBTC14 (no spaces) in the keywords, and post it here for us all to see.
*Tip: If you like you can type what your journaling says in the notes section of your upload in your gallery.
Remember there are NO UPLOADS on Sundays, as the wonderful ladies that approve them need a day off too!
***VERY IMPORTANT NOTE*** When UPLOADING your pages PLEASE scroll thru the list of categories and place them in 12 X 12 or 8-1/2 X 11 Scrapbook Pages!! The mods are constantly moving uploads to the appropriate category, and if we all place them in the right place it would save them a lot of time. (((hugs))) Thanks sooo much!
Oh I think I can get to these before we go! I am going to try, but if I do the only pics I have of my sister and brother are from my weding. Yikes I so need to get some updated pics of them. Oh wait I might have something from one of the OBX trips if I didn't already scrap them. HMMM well I will see what I come up with!
I knew RIGHT away which photos I was going to use (for option 2), and I've had the stickers and bg paper for this layout for literally about 2 years, so this was a GREAT kick in the pants to do it tonight! Thanks!
Had to do at least one page before baseball takes over the weekend! Here is my dps for the Theme Challenge #1. My son's last week of kindergartenin 2002!
(The letter A is 3 inches, B is 2 and C is 1.5!)

Completed theme challenge #1 I decided it was time to try something different (at least for me LOL) Thanks to Julie for the gentle push to look for the Basic Grey paper, found a SB store that I am sure I will be visiting again. She had a good variety and was children friendly.
I think I did in under the 2 hour time limit, but kept getting interrupted, so not possitive, close enough for me. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Well I have tried uploading my page and it is not appearing in my gallery! So I did it again and still nothing. Hopefully they will pop up soon!:rolleyes:
Well, I did this layout yesterday and having been trying since then to upload it and I finally was able to this morning. It is still pending but, it's there.
I did Theme Challenge #1 but I couldn't do the letter A, so I did F and I did it in under 2 hours!!! Woohoo!! Hope you like it!!

Here is my page! FINALLY!
It went right in this morning. Although they are just the pics that I took. I need to see if it will upload the scanned pages. Branson Bed Issue!
Okay I uploaded this photo this am, but was lost in cyberspace. I finally got it uploaded and now it is still pending approval. I know I didn't make the deadline, but that is fine.
It is pending. I hope it worked. I'm glad that the deadline was extended to this evening!
Actually it was only the sketches that were extended, Lisa has already announced this weeks winner for the theme challange. No biggie, the best part is that we were inspired, and got more done for our scrapbooks right!?!
