CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week Ending 2/5/17
Remember the show "I Dream of Jeannie?" I feel like I did one of those Jeannie blinks and January disappeared. In any case, welcome to our first CAS favorites thread of FEBRUARY.
I didn't get to spend much time in the gallery this week, so I'm sure that I've missed some great artwork. That's where you come in - add your favorites and we'll all get to see what we missed.
Here are mine:
Cup of Love by didlet Can I tell you, I just LOVE Valentines and red with pink? Oh, and a cup of something hot is good, too. Donna's fun card is a wonderful mix of all my favorite things.
Doily Congrats by dahlia19 Another favorite color scheme (black, white and gold) that Stef has executed perfectly.
Happy Birthday by UnderstandBlue Lydia posted several great cards this week, but this one is my favorite. I love the off-the-edge look and that vibrant splash of color from the flowers against the neutrals on the rest of the card.
CAS Watercolour F4A363 Valentine by nancy littrell
Nancy's Valentine for her DH is right on the mark - great layout, clean lines perfect for a guy card and gorgeous marbled elements in guy friendly colors.
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU favorited this week.
Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these easy steps:
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.
2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."
3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. Hit Ctrl+C to copy.
4. Switch back to the first tab and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.
5. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.
Debbie, I agree with you. January zoomed by. January usually does for me so I am not surprised but February really needs to slow down because I have a LOT to do this month! Thanks for starting the thread this weekend!
Thank you, Kia, for mentioning my card as one of your favorites. Always a thrill to be on this thread....and you know that I admire your CAS cards....so it is a double honor. Thank you, Karen, for taking time to let me know. Hugs, Sallie
Angie, thanks a bunch for including my BePaws I Care in your favorites.
I keep reminding myself that I never have to overthink CAS to get got results.
Karen, thanks so much for the notification.

Both of you made my day!! :-)
I am thrilled Debbie and Kia that you favorited my Valentine for Denny. I have to admit it was a real CAS favorite for me too :-) You never know about alcohol inks, since they have a mind of their own! Thank you Karen for the very happy news. You girls are all awesome. Happy Stamping my friends. Hugs.....
Thank you Susan for the honorable mention, I appreciate it. I was feeling a bit rusty as I tried to keep my creative mojo flowing this week for a change!
Thank you, thank you, thank you Debbie (swldebbie) for including my card in your picks this week. I was very surprised and of course very honored! :-) Thanks to Karen as well for letting me know.

Priscilla...Thank you so much for mentioning my corrugated vase card. It was fun playing with corrugated cardboard, which I rarely do. Thank you Karen for more happy news. Hugs.....
Wow, what a week. My son and his wife were out of town this week and I had grandkids. Four of them. Ages 1-8. Busy, needless to day, and grandma is bushed!
I do have a few in my favorites that have been mentioned.
