CAS (Clean and Simple) Favorites for Week Ending 12/6/15
It's Debbie and it's my turn to start the CAS favorites thread. Hope you are nearing the end of the holiday cardmaking marathon for this year. I think (hope!) I finished my last one tonight. Still have to sign them all and get them out in the mail, but still, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Before I share my list from this week, just wanted to also mention the "CAS Favorites for 2015" thread that will be coming up in a few weeks. This is a special thread where we list our favorite favorites from the past year. So, if you didn't know we had this thread, or you knew, but had just not thought about it all year, I'm giving you a bit of a heads up so you'll be ready to share your list with us. Diane will start that thread on January 1.
Here are several of my favorites from this past week: V Bradley Gift Card Holder by DandI93 Irene's gift card holders are pretty, practical and perfectly CAS.
IC522 Peaceful Cardinal by beesmom Love Maura's red/kraft/white holiday card. I rarely use this color combo myself, but I sure do love seeing what others do with it.
Classic Christmas Cardinal by mamamostamps Maureen's soft blue and white really lets her cardinal and berries pop. Rounded corners on her focal panel reinforce the softness.
Christmas Thank You by Zoie*** NEW-TO-ME-STAMPER *** Another cardinal card that caught my eye. This one is sweet and whimsical and makes me happy, happy, happy!
Contemporary Wreath by whippetgirl Lee Ann's card is both modern and retro at the same time - Clean, modern (and creative!) wreath and the colored circles remind me of the colors that used to be on those lights used to highlight silver aluminum trees (yep, I'm dating myself here!)
So now it's YOUR turn - what CAS artists caught your eye this past week?
Did you find your way to this thread because someone listed one of YOUR creations as a favorite? In addition to saying thank you, we encourage you to pay that smile you're probably wearing right now forward by sharing a few of the cards/projects YOU favorited this week.
Need help linking your Favorites? Follow these easy steps:
1. Load this week's Favorites thread in your first browser tab. Scroll down and click the Go Advanced button.
2. Open a second tab (or a separate window). Go to the Gallery and click on "My Favorites."
3. Click on a card you have saved. At the top, highlight the web address. Hit Ctrl+C to copy.
4. Switch back to the first tab and hit Ctrl+V to paste your link there. Hit Enter twice to add a blank line. Repeat as many times as needed for all your links.
5. Click the Preview Post button and check that your links work. Then click the Submit Reply button.
Wish I could have had time for more viewing because I know there are so many I missed.

Hope you're having a great December! And thanks, Debbie, for mentioning the Favorites of the Year thread coming up in...oh my, is it really only 25 days? One of my favorite things of the year!
Thank you, Diane, for listing my card among your favorites. It is always a thrill to be mentioned on this thread. I so appreciate it. Thank you, Karen, for giving of your time to let me know the good news. Hugs to you both, Sallie
Thank you so much Kia for adding my card to the CAS favorites. I really appreciate being on your incredible list of favorites. Thank you Karen for the notification.
Wow, thank you Shoe Girl for counting my 'I am traveling light' among your favorites this week. I am honored. CAS design is something I have admired from afar, but I find myself measuring each element lately and challenged by the style.
Thanks to Karen for the notification. Happy Fresh week everyone.

Thanks so much, Diane, for the shout out! I am honored and so pleasantly surprised!
Thanks to Karen for the alert too.
There are some phenomenal cards shared in this thread.
I am soo late. Sorry. Time of year. Been wrapping and packin' all day for shipment tomorrow. Cant disappoint kids and lost time having to run out for boxes despite having saved tons. Ugh.
You can tell I'm wired-I'm babbling.
Thanks for getting us started and for notifying...
Maura, thank you so much for listing my Tree Dazzle card as one of your favorites. I'm so happy you liked it.
Thanks to Karen for the happy news.

Yes, I am smiling! My first time ever using CAS as a category as I posted my card and Wavejumper (I am sorry, what's your first name?) and Karen D listed my card as favorites. Thanks very much! And thanks Karen too for letting me know!
First timer here so I just looked and put these recent goodies in my favorites list but don't quite understand how to link to them, so just put the names here. I need help in posting in this forum!
