I have lots of plaid scrapbook paper, but not one piece of actual plaid fabric. I do however, have printable fabric, because I use it in making miniatures. So I printed digital paper on printable fabric to make plaid fabric. Here's my card Thankful Plaid

I took a lesson from Jean and adhered my plaid piece of fabric to some cardstock, then die cut it in a circle. When I think plaid, I think fall and hunters, so decided to add some ducks and go in that direction.
No flannel, but I did have a fabulous piece of plain ribbon: Joyful Wreath

When you don’t have it, you improvise! I won’t tell you what the fabric came from, but I will tell you I liked how it turned out and think it subbed in nicely!

I hope there are no challenge police! I am sorry I didn't have any plaid or flannel fabric, so I stenciled plaid. This card goes in the mail tomorrow, because our grandson's birthday is Friday and it goes several states away! LOL
