TO UPLOAD:
1. Add your tutorial sample to the Kirigami Christmas Tree gallery.
On the upload screen select Technique Spotlight> Holiday Blitz Gallery > Kirigami Christmas Tree
2. Be sure to include the specific tutorial keyword! Copying and pasting the tutorial keyword is recommended to avoid typos.
3. Projects must be uploaded no later than December 16, 2022 at 12:00 Noon Central Time to be eligible for our fabulous prizes!

Quickly found out that the really heavy paper may not work as well....I have one done....film at 11--LOL!
Lighter paper does make the folding a bit easier. And 12 x12 is easier than 6 x 6. Mine isn't perfect either! Scrapbook paper is fun because of all the different designs and colors and we all have a ton of it- lol.
I think yours is cute-- especially with the button star on top!

I chose the traditional color, green for my tree. The 12 x 12 paper was heavyweight, with a glossy pattern on the paper. I had to use my bone folder since it was so thick. It took awhile to fold, but I like the result. Here's my tree:
This was a big challenge for me. I'm so glad I kept at it until I finished it. Here's my tree.

Thanks for the directions for this adorable tree project. I think it would make great centerpieces for the holidays. Here is my tree, the first of many!

did a swap of 12 x 12 scrapbook paper for a combo large manilla folder, cut to 12 x 12 when cut flat, and decorated with gift wrap. Here's 2022BLITZ2 black and gold
