You will have to edit if you've already uploaded them. Go to change category. If yours is like mine, you will have to scroll a long way down to find the holiday blitz category.
Home from Florida last evening. Our daughter picked us up and spent the night, she left at 5:30AM. She is a teacher, so has to work at Starbucks to make extra $$$ to afford her lifestyle : ) She is a girly girl who likes nice clothes and expensive hair appts! LOL My other daughter is so not a girly girl....!
Looking foreard to getting the show on the road with some creative time!
Question- are all of the tutorials manditory this year? (I hope to do them, they are really awesome!).

Thanks! I had tried that before, but couldn't find the right category, so I thought I was looking in the wrong spot. It turned out that I'd just scrolled too far, too fast! I got it done the second time, though.
If you're on a computer with a keyboard, you don't even need to scroll; typing the first few letters will get you there. So hol should be enough to bring up Holiday Blitz in the Technique Spotlight menu, and then if you just wait a couple of seconds, then you can type die and it will bring you to the die-cut napkins, etc.

I'm leaving super early this morning for a quick trip so I feel you!
I am guessing a glitch not letting people post here? I do not see tutorials up today. I need to get busy and get some of these challenges done, back home and caught up today except chores!!! They can wait.....LOL
Shelly. I'm with you. Doing a little investigating, I noticed that "Shoe Girl" has uploaded two cards which appear in today's "gallery": FF19Snietje - Trees and FF19MariLynn - Gift Card Holder.
I'm sure "the powers that be" would not be thrilled with us going ahead without the formal introduction, but, hey, you can start working on your cards/projects and upload them later. The 2019BLITZ5 by Dina was posted.

We are sorry to be so late today but mine is there too
I'm sorry if I'm being dense- I cannot find anything about your challenge, other than trees being mentioned in a gallery submission. HELP! (Or is figuring it out on my own the challenge???)

Before I checked in the first time, I tried to comment on a card and when I hit submit, the little processing circle just kept going around in a circle, so I thought maybe there was a glitch today. (I think it is called trying to reach the server......).
Thanks for clarifying and glad the challenges are posted. I did a few chores instead of stamping....
Hey guys - I just got off a plane - I was going to torture y'all until now but MariLynn and Anita are nicer than I am!
I updated the Master Tracking Sheet!
LOL, yes, I was tortured in that I did housework instead of stamping....LOL
I am not very fond of cleaning. But, I will live and it needed to be done : )

I am so sorry that you had to resort to cleaning. My condolences.

Marilyn, I appreciate your support and Thanks for your comment- it was like a little hug.
I could not find a excuse printable here on SCS like the one that was posted for DTGD that excused us from cooking and cleaning.......LOL :-D:lolo:

Shelly, you have my permission to skip cleaning. If that helps. LOL
I need help! Can someone please tell me how to change a card from the Falliday Fest gallery to the Technique-Holiday Blitz gallery??? I uploaded my cards for the Tutorials #2 & #3 into the Falliday 2019 gallery. THEN discovered they should go elsewhere. :( I guess it pays to read instructions before doing something. Any advice? TIA!
Oh, that's confusing, I thought the tutorials were part of this Falliday Fest. I noticed one said Holiday blitz but just thought they were sharing the technique from another challenge or something. I would have posted to Falliday Fest too thinking they needed to be all together like the challenges.
Each challenge does clearly state how to upload, and for the tutorials Dina states to choose Technique Spotlight, then Holiday Blitz, then name of technique. It may not seem Intuitive in the context of Falliday Fest, but those Technique Spotlight galleries are like little libraries of inspiration where you can go straight to the shelf to find what you want. Unlike our local library, where it's often easier to reserve something online than to try to find it . So Falliday Fest is just the current challenge whereas people will refer to the Technique Spotlight galleries on an ongoing basis for years to find inspiration.

Yes, I have been traveling, so have a bit of straightening up and cleaning to do..... My maid is off this month and the next, and the next.....!
Shelly
I wish it was . I have really bad days still and all the doctors are doing what they best at after requiring their payment , which is pass the hot potato (patient) around for anything they have no clue what's causing it or remedies besides medications which needs more Meds to counter act the first prescription lol as much as I hating having to cut back on my time with all my loving Sistahs here .i have been cutting way back till maybe I can get me a new IPad or laptop which screen is much bigger then my phone and since the phone is the only option for now it is what it is . I'm thinking maybe it's all the strain on my eyes that is triggering it , because before the eye surgeries I didn't have migraines. But yes you can count I'll get on as much as I'm capable of . Miss and love you all!!

Perfectly explained - thank you! And it is super encouraging to see the tutorial galleries fill up during this event - some of the past Technique Spotlight galleries might only have 3 samples in them (the author's, mine, and muscrat's!), and for all that goes into creating and publishing tutorials, it's heartwarming to see them in other hands and through different eyes.
I am back from my retreat but am still scrapping, and working on two large Christmas projects , one for church with a deadline. I will try to clean off my space and get back to FF, today. I am missing all the fun! LOL
Perfect explanation, Sabrina! I agree with Dina! It is wonderful to see the technique galleries fill up! And hopefully the Holiday Blitz has helped people to see how to upload to those technique galleries! I'm pretty sure many of you have done a technique but only put them in your member gallery. If you put them in the technique gallery too, then anyone who wants to see samples before they start can find them so much easier!
Guess I didn't really think about filling up the galleries...I do a fair amount of the different tutorials--have really done a bunch for the A-Z swap I am in as I set the goal of doing only techniques and not resorting to a stamp or color to fill the letter requirement.....that said,,,,,X may cause me to default.......I can't find any stamping/card making technique that begins with X.I will promise to post to galleries when I complete a tutorial in 2020. Since most of my cards are in my gallery,,,I could add them to the technique gallery....Will work on that after Falliday Fest concludes.

I haven't heard much about the ending of Falliday fest. Are we still supposed to fill out the master tracking list? And if so, when is it due. I've really enjoyed the slower pace of this year!
I have been creating but not posting. Not sure why I'm procrastinating that part. I am glad to know how to upload the tutorials as I would have posted them under Falliday Fest also. Today was a tragic day in my neck of the woods with the school shootings in Santa Clarita. That was quite a diversion and I'm praying for all the families impacted. Stamping has always been a stress relieve for me in hard times and so it will be tonight. Send good thoughts to our local families so that they will find peace. Thanks.

I'm so happy to hear this! We have tried this year to make things a little less frantic before the holiday.

I do not know where the Holiday Blitz thread is that is being discussed...nor do I know of the techniques one for FF...
Somehow I found the FF Master thread and since my computer has not crashed it is still on the top of my screen so I refresh it every other day to see what's new!

She may be referring to yeti status (like a queen or king in dtgd). But as far as I've read, I have not seen mention of any prizes or such, so I just assumed this was all for fun. I'm trying now to photograph my snow globes now!
