How awesome is this!? I read the Paper Smiles blog but this never caught my attention till today. I have been praying for God to put a Godly Christian woman in my life as an accountability partner. I may not have found one that is close but I plan to try to participate and learn right along with you all. AWESOME IDEA and I love all the work I have seen so far. I am off to stamp my first creation...after I soak up a few ideas.

I was thrilled to find this challenge yesterday. Seamed just what I needed to do! I will have a collection of scripture verses - in some form or another - that I can give out. And I'll have something to share the faith with on my blog! BVC08 No Anger by AnniePanda at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks for doing this lori!
I'm finally caught up with everyone. I spent all weekend getting my pages done. I had a lot of fun once I had my verses picked out and have learned a lot. I am so glad that Lori started this challenge. I came across this thread just at the right time. So, thank you Lori again for this wonderful challenge. Thanks everyone for the wonderful comments & words of encouragement they mean a lot to me.
Lori, this is awesome! Thank you for organizing this challenge. I would love to join in... TODAY. (Seems I'm always a day late and a dollar short! Well I guess actually in this case I'm 4 months late! hehe)
What a great challenge. I wish I had seen this post earlier. I have a new rolodex sitting on a shelf waiting for inspriation to hit, this would be great.

I've been moving in slow motion and just couldn't get this posted yesterday. Anyway here is my submission for April - and it is one of my most favorite stamps in the world. Flip it over and you'll see it has been USED! What a wonderful reminder of the strength the Lord gives us!
I just came across this post this morning. I was so blessed to see it. I have been trying to learn a verse a week since January and have done OK, but this would be so great, to learn the Word and put my creativity down on paper all in one sweep. Thanks for starting this.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to participate until May. Our younger daughter is getting married next week. I haven't had much time to be on the Internet or create. Although, I'm finishing up 180 Candy Wrappers for favors!!! I will post the picture of those next week.
Wow, I just found this - love this idea and I'd like to join in. I will have to work on it over the weekend and get caught up, but it looks like fun. The cards I've seen so far are fabulous!
Everyone's creations for this month are just lovely. I am so inpired by this. I am running behind as usual and don't have mine ready yet, but I so enjoy looking at everyone else's work. ;)

So i was wondering if anyone is doing a small little booklet. Mine is actually the size of Artist trading cards. but i thought that i would make them with the versa's on them. What do you all think about that? TOO LITTLE???? please reply with your thoughts.

I think it would be just fine! I look forward to seeing your work!:-D
Thanks to all of you who have left encouraging comments in my uploads. I appreciate it. Also, if you have suggestions for improvement, leave those comments, too.

I ended up doing a book with 8x8 pages because there are so many verses I thought might take up so much room there would be no space left to decorate- I would love to see your little book if you decide to do it.

I think that's a lovely idea. There are so many great small tins out there now that you can alter and the ATC size would fit great in one of those. Not only that, this size is perfect to fit in a wallet sort of like those wallet inspiration cards. I say do it!!!
Ok so have been out of work since Tuesday. i go back tomorrow and i go back to school. (i take night classes for photography) I asked a couple days ago what i should use for the versas and some of you told me to type them out on labels. i was wondering if you think i should decorate them with color first. i know its a stupid question but i don't have a printer at home YET!!!! but i was thinking i should prepare right????any way i was trying to look for some stamps not much luck. but i was thinking even though i have horrible hand writing i could write really slow. it will add character if it comes out a little messy. any way i was just trying to get a little advice about the wrting of the verses. i already have all the paper cut i just have to add a verse and and some embelishments. plus i have about 6 verses that i thoguht were really good. thanks ladies for your help

I think any of those ideas would work. Also, I got my January verse from my church bulletin, it was already in an oval and everything. I just cut it out and sprayed it with Glimmer Mist and made the rest of my page. I have a calendar with verses on it I may cut up as well.
