I saved this free digi image a while back, but now when I try to open it, it's VERY small and when I try to resize, it just gets fuzzy. Does anyone happen to know who created him that I could download him again??
Hi,
I'm not sure why he's so small. I offered him as a freebie. Maybe that's why. If you'd like to give me an e-mail address, I'd be happy to send you the regular file. .

It downloads fine. You need to remember to click on the thumbnail twice in order to get it to pop up full size (at least that's how it works in my web browser - Opera).
whenever you try to make a small image bigger, it "stretches" the pixels and gives the fuzzy look. You can easily make a large image smaller, but not the other way around.
