Default Digi Paper tip tidbit

not sure if anyone else figured this out yet.... but you can add the appearance of texture to your digi papers in Word.

In an effort to conserve paper, I have started laying out some of my papers in Word documents. (I just use this because I am very comfy with word.) I insert the paper i want to use into the document, then resize it smaller or crop it. (smaller makes the patterns smaller and cropping maintians the image size, but uses less space on the paper) sorry for the tangent, maybe someone else can use the info.....

ANYWAY, if you right click on the image you will get the option reformat image. Go into that. Then select Artistic Effects from the menu. Then select either cement or texturizer. From there you will be able to make adjustments in the scaling.

I have only used this on polka dot paper so far, but it looks like the dots are popping off the page!

further fiddling has yeilded new info.... the concrete selection works best on dark colors and the texturizer is good on the lighter colors....

Can you post this in the Gallery? I have a Mac and normally can open any Word document, but this one opens blank for me
