Welcome back scrappers old and new! Hope you join in and make a scrapbook page, adding new things to it each week! Remember, there is no deadline so play along and share with us when you have the time!
Step 2 1-Make many (5-15) small squares using colors and patterns from your background paper. Use some plain paper and some patterned. Layer your squares all vertically on the right side of the page. This should take up about 4 inches of the page. You can tilt your squares if you wish.
*I will give you the option to use a shape other than squares if you like, just keep them all the same shape.
2-On top of these shapes, use 1-3 pieces of twine or string (or very thin ribbon of some kind). The twine can be overlapping, straight or tilted, whatever you like!
That's it for this week. Have fun with it!
Please upload your creation using the keyword DGPROG15Sep and also post here so we don't miss it and can see what you've made!
Any questions, please feel free to ask. And you may also tweak the steps if you need to make it work for you.
Here's my page!
I left room within the squares for my journal box. You can too, or you will be able to just cover that space later with the journal box.
So glad you're looking forward to it. Once I get home from work I will try to post it right away. It will be at least an hour or two before I'm home.....
Looking forward to seeing what you guys will do with this step!!!
