PROGRESSIVE CHALLENGE #6 FINAL TASK 4 (Nov. 2012)
Don’t know what a Progressive Challenge is? Go here to learn. PLEASE NOTE! Everyone is welcome and encouraged to play--whether they're a digi, paper or hybrid scrapper!
--------------------------------
Decided I'd post tonight, since I have to be out of the house early tomorrow morning!
PROGRESSIVE CHALLENGE #6 – FINAL TASK 4 (Nov. 2012)
1. Add a title in either the space above or below the main photo. If possible, use an alpha set from your digi stash, rather than using fonts. 2. Add journaling in the top or bottom space that you didn’t use in step 1 above [use font(s) for this.] 3. Be sure you’ve added drop shadows where necessary. Voila! This should complete your page!
NOW UPLOAD:
- Remember to first save your page in its original version (.psd for Photoshop) to maintain your layers, so you'll be able to make changes/additions in Task 4 (final).
- Save your page for the web as a .jpg (600x600 or less) & upload to the by adding the keywords DGSCPR006Task4 and SBC12NOV when you upload Please also post a link to this week’s work in this thread too.
Broke some rules for the last task. I did use a stamp for the top title and the alpha.
But somehow it wandered onto the photo ...
I'm not sure I'm really happy with the journalling ... I'd be happier if I had a font that matched the stamp so that brother & sister were more cohesive with the title stamp.
Hopefully the journalling will be large enough to read when it's printed.
Now, off to see what the rest of you have created!
I could read your journaling fine. I find its a bigger issue to read online than to read printed for some reason - pixels maybe, not sure. I often wish that I had fonts that better matched my stamps!! I think your page is great!

My pages almost always look fuzzy online, but they are nice and crisp when I have them printed. I'm sure you'll be able to read everything just fine when you have it printed, Gail.
I'm a bit behind but here is my page for the last task and I love it! Thanks so much for letting me play along. I plan on doing Decembers Progressive Scrap too!
Task 4 - November
