No reason to be intimidated. I'm still very new to all of this, but the one thing these great ladies have taught me is that everyone was once a beginner.
Well, here's mine. I cheated a little - I used *two* neutrals! I just love a bit of black to make things pop, but I may have gone a bit overboard here. This was my first time doing the color challenge - it was so fun!
OK. I'm back. Here's my card (pending approval). I had the ink pads and a few of the markers. I made due with the paper. This was harder than I thought it would be - But FUN nevertheless!
Thanks for the inspiration!
Afternoon ladies - I am late getting online today decided to clean house before playing (Yuck). Got so involved with all the pretty cards already made I just about burned the chicken I had simmering on the stove for dinner this evening. Love the colors and will get going and see what I can make.

Alot of AWESOME!!!! cards today...I won't promise I will see them all but again Wow!!..I personally loved the color combo and most likely would not have used them together! Jen, I just wanted to let ya know that I made a card for your color challenge. I'm not too excited about the results, but that's not why I haven't uploaded it, yet. We have a new computer with a new photo program. And I still can't figure it out. It's soooo frustrating  But thanks for the challenge
Thanks everyone for your kind words and encouragement. I love stalking the challenges and I am always amazed by all of your creativity, originality and artistic ability. I look forward to participating in more challenges. donna
I would not have put these colors together. But, now I kind of like them together. Isn't that great about these colors challenges. My attempt is humble but I keep growing a little more adventurous in the color realm.
Thanks for looking. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

I had to cheat a little as I don't have So Saffron stamp pad, so I used Summer Sun and stamped off to get a lighter tone. Guess I'll have to add another stamp pad (or 2) to the next order. Jar Full of Thank Yous
Here is my card - I love the colors and this was the first time I have ever sewn on a card. Such fun. I CASED the ribbon and slide idea from another card and can't remember who's card it was to give credit. So thank you whom ever you are. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
This second entry has been a test of my will and determination to finish something that almost drove me crazy. If you are at all interested I told a little more about it in the description of the card. This is one challenge that has been more than I bargained for. I think I have grown a little in the strength of character area tonight.
I haven't stamped in weeks. It felt so good to stamp!! This card took me two hours to complete with all the interuptions (kids, phone, visitors). I'm so glad I got to stamp!!!
Senility prayer
I didn't have the exact colors, but matched them from the catalog as close as I could. I've always grinned at the senility prayer...hope you will too.
Thanks for looking.
Wow!! I'm so impressed with all the beautiful cards this challenge generated. I'm blown away. Didn't get to play today, but will tomorrow. I'm behind on the challenges and it's just killing me. LOL
Again, I'm in awe of all the wonderful cards today.

my card
This is my addition to the color challenge, a combo with the sketch challenge. Great colors! (image still pending 4/12/06@7:28am est) Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
This was a real struggle for me. Using boring blue is so hard for me. But I discovered that by using a set I'm very comfortable with, it was easier to come up with something I'm satisfied with. Here's friends.
I started this card last night, but had to wait for the glitter to dry before I could scan it. And yes, the glitter really doesn't show up well when scanned. But, it is there and it looks good IRL. I am enjoying these colors together better than I would have thought. This card is my tribute to Spring. Hope you like it. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Thanks for offering this challenge, Jen! It gave me the chance to use a Bordering Blue card I'd goofed up on a while back and just kept in my paper supply. (The layers hide the ooops.)
I love this color combo! I never would have thought of it myself; thanks for the challenge! My card didn't turn out exactly as I'd hoped; I think I rushed too much. But I did get to use my new primas for the first time!
I'm loving these colors together -- thanks for the great challenge! I did another one and combined it with this week's sketch challenge (gatefold card). So here's my Rock 'N Roll Roses card.
I have one more entry for this challenge. I love these colors together. I used dazzling diamonds on the tiny flowers and on the wings of the bees. Unfortunately, it didn't scan too well. It's beautiful IRL.
