i've been holding it in all day...been trying to decide whether to be brave or not...should i risk the wrath of my fellow stampers...but i can't take it any more............
does anyone else but me hate this color combination? lol!
please forgive me. this is not a criticism. i love the challenges. they make us venture outside the box. i just had to tell someone that i could not bring myself to use these colors together. :-D sigh....i feel so much better now!

i did michelle...honest, i did. several times. but i still get the heebiejeebie shiver (you know the one i mean?). lol! i'll just wait patiently until next tuesday.
Here are my cards for this challenge. Love, Love, these colors together. I already had the concept in mind and was going for the Female version with the floral BG when my mom called after they got back from a little trip and told me my father had gone for a bike ride with his friend and he had a little accident and was a little banged up and on crutches. So then I came up with the male version. TFL.

I like the colors...It is bright yet soft. No rath here but I'm sorry you don't like them and I'm even more sorry I'm deprived of seeing what you could do with them...try it please!!!
I have to be honest... I wasn't crazy about the color combo when I first read it. But then I tried it and I LOVE IT! I will definitely be using this one again!
A little late, as usual, but here is my card for this week's color challenge. Had a "lunch and stamp" with the ladies at work today, and found out just how challenging this one really was. It makes all the beautiful cards you ladies have posted already even more impressive.

This was a super hard one for me. I tell you, I threw a lot of paper out and changed flower sets a lot before I came up with this one. I looked to 11valerie11's gallery for inspiration. I love her work.

I was having a hard time with this one until I found a patterned paper in my stash to get it to come together for me. Here it is.
Here is mine- a few days later..... i realized as i was linking this card, that i used lavender lace and was supposed to use almost amethyst. oops. i guess i better read more carefully next time. so- mine is not the true challenge i guess.....

Late, but the weekend is the only chance I get to really sit down and stamp in peace so since I found out that you can do the challenges whenever you want, I was pretty excited! These are colors I almost never use so it was a true challenge.
