Thanks for this challenge, Emily, I like how MY CARD turned out, Even though I really didn't think I could use these colors together. I am so glad we have these challenges. I keeps me stamping.

Well, I hope my card is okay & I'm not banned from future Color Challenges!!! LOL!!! Had to add one more little itty bitty color in there, or it wouldn't have looked right!!
I LOVE these colors together. Even though I didn't think I had time for a card today, I couldn't stop making the card until it was finished. Now for my chores. Also, I admire all of Emily's Basic Grey papers and Basic Grey cards.

Neat color combo (although I'm not sure I did it justice.) Off to get DS from school, back to see everyone's fab creations later!

I combined this challenge with Rox's sketch challenge - SC88. I don't know why I waited so long to start doing these darn things - maybe VSN will be next - never done that either! :rolleyes:
Great colors, Emily! Amethyst is one of my favorite colors, and bashful/red is one of my favorite combos. Never thought to use all 3 colors together. Here's my card: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Wouldn't you know - the day I was going to be sure to start doing challenges - my SU supply let me down! I did improvise, as I thought these would be good colors to use for Alexa's stamp. I hope to do much better next time.
Here's mine for the challenge. I tried to keep this one very simple since I want to use it at a C'mas card class this weekend. Thanks for the challenge.
This is my first ever challege upload (and the first time I ever actually completed a challenge card). I really like this color combination, though I would never have thought of it myself. I think this will be a great card for Valentine's Day or anniversary.
By the way, I've been sort of in a stamping funk lately, and I really had fun coming up with this card, so thanks for the challenge! I will be doing more in the future!
I am such a morning person that I just can't seem to get what I want when I stamp in the evenings. I found my baby blue gel pen and really like that effect on the bg, but think the red layer would have been better as white with red ladybugs instead.
i've been holding it in all day...been trying to decide whether to be brave or not...should i risk the wrath of my fellow stampers...but i can't take it any more............
does anyone else but me hate this color combination? lol!
please forgive me. this is not a criticism. i love the challenges. they make us venture outside the box. i just had to tell someone that i could not bring myself to use these colors together. :-D sigh....i feel so much better now!
