What lovely colors to combine. I can't wait to finish up working and then make my card! Unfortunately, it won't be until late afternoon, early evening. I hope that all of you have a great day and I'm looking forward to seeing what y'all come up with!
I am so excited to be back on SCS after a long weekend of camping. Our trip was so much fun. We had great weather and the park was really nice. I would recommend it for a beautiful get away--Hungry Mother State Park in VA.
I have a dumb question regarding the Color Challenge rules. I've seen some sample cards with other colors in them outside of the sage, chocolate, and vanilla, and there's some cards with just those colors. Which is correct? I take it to mean that you can only use those colors in your card for the color challenge.
I don't mean to ruffle any feathers here, I am just looking for clarification on my behalf. Thank you for any advice/suggestions.
Thanks Emily for this wonderful Color Combo! Love these colors together! I didn't end up at all where I thought I was going, but here's what I came up with.

I think the goal is to use the colours that Emily gives us (or a substitution if you don't have one of them), but I don't think it is a problem to add another colour if you think it needs it!

I never use Sage Shadow! Why?? Because I never thought to pair it with Chocolate! What a beautiful combo. Why is it that Chocolate not only brings out the happy in me but in colors, too?
For you girls who asked questions about the colors used...I don't know if there are hard and fast rules about it. Generally people stick to the colors, but some people add neutrals (b/w/etc). Others add colors....I really like the challenge of sticking to only what is given plus neutrals....it always stretches me in a good way!
