Another fun color combo! I did what I could with not having any of the colors or their recommended substitutes. I definitely wouldn't have put them together on my own, so this was fun to play with! CC156 Wild Celebration by pbvkt at Splitcoaststampers

Here's another try with this color challenge. My soot card earlier was o.k. but it didn't show up very well in the picture (but thank you for all who commented on it). Let me know what you think about this one! Thank you so much for looking!CC156 Bloomin Challenged by Rascal at Splitcoaststampers
Here is my card for today. I checked out the colours before heading to school and layed some scraps on my desk. Then, I shut my eyes, stuck my hand in my cupboard and pulled out...Full Calendar....."No way", I said to myself.....second try was Carte Postale... Thanks for the color challenge Emily. I wasn't really planning on playing, and then I heard the news from Green Bay. So here's a card I made for a friend who is taking the news pretty hard: CC156 Tribute to a Legend by Doodledop at Splitcoaststampers
I'm so bummed out. I tried to do the color challenge for the first time, and spent most of the night on it, and the more I worked on it, the uglier it got! So I threw the mess out...maybe next week.
Does anyone else struggle like that? Everyone seems to get their cards done in lickety split time and they all look great and I spend hours and hours and end up with a mess. Any encouragement for this poor soul?

i do not have so saffron. Can I substitute barely banana? I just made a card with wild wasabi, purely pomegranate and barely banana. I have never done the color challenge before, not sure how the substitutions work. Thank you!
