Great colors Emily, I really, really like them, but than I love anything caribbean.
I used stuff I made at Conni's yesterday with her Cuttlebug. The background is embossed with the cuttlebug, and the scalloped caribbean squares are made with the cuttlebug. I just love that little machine, and can't wait for mine to come. Thanks's Conni having me over, lots of fun!!!!
I was a little skeptical about these colors at first but I really like the outcome (although my camera does not like these colors together, so I apologize -- it's much prettier IRL)! Here's my Simple Doodles, thanks for looking!

I need to win Lotto so I can stay home and stamp all day! LOL I can't always get in here from work and when I can, I'm only able to view a couple cards before the inter-net police block them. :(
Cant wait to get home tonight so I can play. I already have a card in mind!
Great color combo Emily ... thank you!
These colors are really pretty together, I wish I'd gone in a different direction with it and featured the cool caribbean instead. But I do like the eggplant too!! Oh well, maybe another card will surface.....here's my Eggplant Tulips..thanks for looking!!
Here's my card for today. I have to make some birthday cards for my twins today ~ my babies are turning 10 tomorrow :( I'm not real happy with this one, but I'm sure my DS will just toss it anyway. DD saves each and every card, and loves to stamp too. Thanks for the challenge Emily!
I am so excited to participate in today's challenge. 1. because I had the colors and 2. because I had a fun idea from my daughter-in-law's Christmas gift. The sentiment on the left side says:
May the wings of the butterfly
kiss the sun,
and find your shoulder to light upon.
To bring you luck, happiness
and riches,
tomday, tomorrow and beyond.
Everyones card looks wonderful in these colors. Not a combo I would have thought to put together. I just discovered Elegant Eggplant yesterday. Will try this combo later today. I have only done a couple challenges. Thanks for the challenge.
This is the first challenge I've ever participated in - it was quite fun! I'm experiencing minor technical difficulties and can't post a link to the picture in my message, but if you click on the link to my gallery you can see it there. I'll post the link here properly once the problems are sorted out.
