This is a fun challenge. Most of my cards are CAS in design anyway, so I couldn't pass up this opportunity! Jen, I'd like to be considered as a guest designer, please. Thanks : )
Now that was FUN :-) I found a gorgeous holly swag in.......designer paper and my CAS card took on a mind of its own from there. Enjoy and Good Luck to us all :p
I am so excited to try out Jen. I have not been able to this whole year because I was on the SCS Product Focus Review Team. Now I can. Here is my entry. Good luck to everyone trying out...although it is about your effort. The gallery is really looking great.

I made this the other day, but my computer died and I had to replace it last night! Let's hope I don't have any more trouble! After looking at the post again, I didn't really read it right - my card doesn't really have a decoration theme, but I guess neighbours could try to out-do each other making the biggest snowman on their lawn! The little guys in front are in awe of the kids across the street!
TFL!

Reason: clarify theme
New Rules as of Fall 2010:
Please don't combine this challenge with any other current SCS challenge.
Please make only one card. (It's easier to narrow down the field this way.)
Just wondering about this...I noticed a few have entered more than one...

Yes... still is true.
I've only done a quick scan today. I think I may have seen a card or two without ribbon.

Thanks for the pm the other day, I decided to play along. Sorry I'm posting so late, of course I started having computer problems when I wanted to upload my picture. I couldn't crop my photo, dang computer!!!!
Quick question...Is the second challenge only for the winners of the first or still open to everyone? Wasn't sure if the final DT was being narrowed down from the winners list. Thanks a bunch and congrats to all of the winners of the first round!

Only for the winners.
I hope everyone tries again next time. I plan on this challenge being around for a long time!

Crazy Relatives: Every family has at least one crazy relative... right? I hope it's not just us!
Make a CAS card for a family member. It doesn't have to be a December holiday card. It can be a card for a birthday, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc. But it must have a title (mother, husband, son, etc.) It is also okay just to have the title without the sentiment. The title does not have to be stamped. It can be written or computer generated.
Keyword: CASwinter10CR
(No spaces CAS winter 10 CR -- not good. If you are concerned about getting it right, copy & paste it into your keyword box.)
Please also post a link in this thread just in case there is an error with the keyword or if the gallery is being finicky on the judging days.
Submission Deadline: Wednesday, Nov. 24 @ 10 PM (EST)

I didn't have time to make new cards. Here's a sample just using the title without the sentiment.
Congrats to everyone moving on! Can't wait to see what you make!
