Big congrats to all the other finalists. Thanks so much for choosing me in the next round too. I'm super thrilled to be among such illustrious company! How cool. I am away in Australia for a few days visiting my son and family and celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary on Wed. (Yes, Leap Year so its really only 10 years, LOL!) so have not been able to get online much as our beautiful 15 month old grandson is keeping us very busy with lots of loves and cuddles. So precious. I will be back to normal and home in a few days.

hehehehe...I DID make a card last night but because of dealing with a new computer and my blog being down, I decided to not do anything with it. THEN...I wake up and had an idea for something totally different from what I made last night and decided to go with it!

Creative Crew SU Design Team, Spring 2012 CAS Design Team member
I just keep finding myself saying thank you. Thank you again for such a fun and creative opportunity... it has been a blast. Here is my card for the final challenge.
Here's my submission for the final round of the design team call. I hope you like it!
I substituted Soft Suede for Sahara Sand (Creamy Caramel) because I need my sentiment to be more bold inside the embossed circle and to balance out the other pastel colors.
While I am thrilled to have had my cards chosen for the first two rounds, and in awe to have been considered in league with such wonderful cardmakers, some personal issues have arisen and I will not be able to submit a card for Round 3. :( I will watch for future design team calls and hope to be able to participate on another occasion. Thank you again for all your kind words, and good luck to all the finalists!

Hi everyone. I will try to pop back here again later but running around after a 15month old is rather time consuming! We are still in Australia for a few more days but I'll be home and back online more regularly from Sun. Good luck to all the finalists today.
