Susan your card is beautiful! What a way to use scraps!
Here is another Christmas card I made today. Wow 2 of them today!
I tried the Northern Lights technique. But my snowman looks more like he is in a snowstorm!
The cats are scraps AND the paper I stamped the branches on was a piece of thin scrap paper that I intended on just using to see if I would like the branches angled that way and then I used it for real!!!)
Thanks again everyone for your kind comments on my cards :-) I am hoping to be able to view and comment on the gallery soon- this week has been very busy with work! Have a great weekend and thanks again :-)
A previously diecut silver Nesties label from my scrap box for the first one, and a scrap of blue printed card from an advertising flyer for the second one:
Here's the reverse of my second card in my previous post. Using up scraps to create that one, left me with more scraps that I had to use to make this one:
Hi. I did my first November Christmas card for this challenge using some scraps of watercolour paper and card stock. Great idea to use the scraps as I have way to many of them that I just can't throw out. The environment and my wallet thank you for the challenge. lol
Here is another Christmas card! Oh Christmas Tree That is my three for November! Oh my goodness! I have 40 done and all stamped on insides and back! Whahoo!
Here is another one using scraps and an unusual color combo for Christmas :-) The scraps were the Crushed Curry strips on the sides, the frame for the sentiment and the cardstock for the dies....
So I did get another card done last night but I was too tired to stay up any longer to post it. I did use lots of scraps to make the elements of this card, been trying to do that anyway lately. When you start moving all this stuff, you realize it's time to use more of it or get rid of some. I will probably be doing both.
Anyway, Here's #2: CCC13 - Winter Season by pvilbaum - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

A big thank you to the lovely ladies who set all challenges - some easier than others ;) and everyone who make these threads run so smoothly.
Also a huge thanks to everyone who has left a comment, favoured a card or simply looked at my gallery - your continued encouragement and inspiration is immeasurable and very much appreciated - you really are the best
Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season and hope to see you all again in 2014
And this one used a poinsettia I'd made that ended up in a box of odds and ends (Bonnie aka bon2stamp has a great name for this - she calls it her UFO box - or "unfinished objects"):
Woo Hoo! I'm doin' a Happy Dance! I finished my November CCC13 cards before the end of November! I hope I can keep up better next year, but oh the joy - I don't HAVE to make another Christmas card for about 60 days. Bwahahahaha... Well, except for the special card I always make for my daughter.
Hi All, it is winter time at my place. how;s the weather on you side computer ??
here is my next card for this challenge and the last one for this month.
I have had this wavy corrugated paper for years! and I am so glad I finally found a use for it. The black belts were scraps that were cut off of something and I had tons of them sitting around. I've made 40 of these cards so far, and I have depleted my stash of wavy paper. On to something else in my scrap pile. What a good challenge.
