I made 6 of these, and two others which were variations, but settled on this design. Not too happy as I don't really like the Bravo Burgundy ink. I think it's too brown. The paper isn't bad, just the ink.
And the paper behind the pinecone was my first attempt at polished stone. I don't know when to leave well enough alone. I had Bravo Burgundy & Mellow Moss on the felt...and mixed too much and it turned muddy (I know there were warnings about this from other stampers). But I went with it and used the pinecones. There is gold from the Zig Painty pen. It dries really fast and leaves a spot, and what didn't dry immediately will blend.
I'm learning. And I used like 4 challenges on one card!

Okay, I FINALLY got all 10 of these made!!! Between kids, work and many swaps (notice I didn't say anything about housework), I didn't know if I'd get them done in time, but here it is.
I just uploaded my March Card. I used an idea from a card I saw here last fall...just used the snowflake wheel instead and rejoice stamp from inkadinkado.
On the original the blues on the panels were a little darker...think I kinda like that better...but hey, they're done!
Finally finished my March cards and actually remembered to take a picture. This one is so lame -- I'm embarassed. Hopefully next month will bring renewed creativity. Thank you to the organizers of this challenge!!!! :-)
Still using up that green mulberry paper that I have tons of!! The colors look off in the scan. The background paper is dark brown with silver EP. And the hunter craft ink that the tree is stamped in matches the mulberry paper.

don't think I ever posted that mine are done. sorry folks! I'll try to get them uploaded soon. that is the hard part for me! working on an idea for April, so we'll see how it pans out.
Some of the "over achievers" in the group have already started on April cards (you go girls!) and have started a new thread. When you're done with April, please post here: Forums at Splitcoaststampers

Whew, close to the wire but I got my cards done. I made 2 cards each of the designs I chose. I'm not sure how to do the pic thing, but if I did it right I do believe they are uploaded in my gallery. Nothing fancy, I'm not as advanced as a lot of folks on here
I got my cards finished up tonight. I completed different images that I had stamped off. Each card is different but I got 10 done. Only an hour & a half to spare!!!
I finally got the end of my Feb. cards and all of my March cards done. These are the ones I made for March. I made 16 of them. (6 were to complete my Feb cards). Hopefully, I can find something to make this week and get my April cards done too!
Here is a link to the card which is so much nicer IRL.

My First CC Challenge cards
I probably should have posted this here first. Here are my cards--finally. I did them on my own and put them in my gallery. I wasn't sure if I would be able to complete the challenge and I didn't want to be a flake.
Wow!! You guys are awesome!!!!!! I've been a little out of touch for awhile but you've kept on chugging on those Christmas Cards!! I can't believe it's July already.......where has the time gone?!?!?!?
Congrats to dpierstamper for being the first one done for July IN July!!! If you send me your mailing address, I'll get the prize out to you.
And a big congrats to stace---you were randomly chosen as the June winner!!! Woo Hoo! Send me your mailing address and your prize basket will be on its way!!!
I've been busily working on a once-a-year event (airshow) that was just held so I'm back in the stamping business now. Hopefully I'll be getting an email message out to everyone with an updated spreadsheet in the next few days. Sorry I've been hiding out.......
We're on the downhill slide now so keep those cards coming!!!! :p
Finally finished another month...only reason is my demo group had a Christmas swap and the one I came up with I just went ahead and made all the ones for the month!
