I tried a couple of methods shown by Simon Hurley on one of his videos...the next wreath will be another version. They didn't come out as I had hoped, but not bad!!!
What came out even better than I expected was the background using some old Tim Holtz "Imagine" lightweight card stock.. Dry embossing with the woodgrain EF actually ended up cracking through to expose the white paper under the red outer layer...and I love it!
Anyway, thanks for looking, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

No wreath this time but I'll be back later with some. I was asked to Guest Design for the other SCS Christmas challenge that is for Fan Club member only and made these two cards for it:
Wreath #4. This didn't photo well, but the Stickles didn't dry fast enough for impatient me! You also can't see the background stamps on the white card, but they are there, honest.

Had this in the back of my mind for some time, so I had to get it made or it would still be bouncing around in there, and I wouldn't be able to get onto the next design!!! Thanks for looking!
Ok, this just seems WEIRD posting to January's, but that's the instructions...
My card is for CCC22MAR: Sweet Treats CCC22MAR Merry Christmas Sweet Treats
Thanks for looking, xoxo
Aimeslee,
If you are following one of the other months themes please post to that month. Sorry if I did not make that clear. But any other cards you do during the month of January that do not fit any of the other months themes post in the month you made them.
It gets confusing! Just glad you posted that gorgeous card!

I was thinking the same and have uploaded all my cards in the January gallery, no matters will think about that better next time
you do a great job Ann
I am just happy to see so many cards being posted!! Posting in the month of the theme gives people an opportunity to see all of those theme cards in one place, and hopefully inspiration.
Ann Love, I sent you a PM but I guess you haven't seen it, that's ok. Thank you so much for that explanation. Sometimes I am so dense that I surprise even myself. I was worried about not knowing how many of which month's challenge cards I've done because I do them out of order, but I think I have it solved (and always did, hello denseness!). Because I use the CCC22___ tag, my cards show up in that month's gallery and I can keep up that way. Sooooo, I will happily continue to post all my CCC cards here like you want. Thank you for your patience, Ann, it eventually sinks into my upstairs, lol. You're a gem and a jewel!
Finally uploading these cards, I've had them made for a while but want to post them before it's February! Wreath 1 Wreath 2 Wreath 3
I think I need one more, will get it posted soon!
