Christmas Card Challenge 2012 - April

I've been working on these April CCC12 cards for 3 almost weeks, off and on. I got a little frustrated because my starbursts didn't look as nice as the other ones I've seen. I finally got it figured out and will have to make some more starburst cards now that I know how to do it.

I'm actually caught up since I do have two full weeks to finish my May cards on time. Anyone wanna gamble on whether that will happen??? LOL!

I made 10 cards this morning.. and after making them I thought to myself that I might have not done cards for April.. and sure enough I hadn't.

Last time I posted I think I had mentioned about the problem I was having with tingling/numbness in my right hand.. I also had no strength in my pinkie and ring finger. I went back to my doctor on April 12th and had surgery on April 16th. I have a 7" scare on the bottom side of my right arm.. it is healing nicely. Right after I came out of surgery I could notice a difference.. it was amazing. My doctor said that the surgery is one of his favorites because it is something that is known right away if it's better.

We are PCS'ing across the country.. again.. ha ha.. back to where we came from 11 months ago. I only have 16 days left in Texas. The packers will be here on the 11th.. but before that I am packing up my stamping stuff.. so I need to get caught up as quickly as I can.. because I won't be with my stamping stuff again until mid July.

The last day of May, and I am finally posting my April cards I think I have a good excuse for being behind....we finally moved into our new house!

Anyways, I made 10 of this card for my stash

Wonder if I will manage to get May and June done before the end of June?????

Love the cards. I'm so glad the surgery helped your hand. It's nice to have instant relief. Hope you have an uneventful move....again.
