my goal was 10 cards per month. I have 1-9 in my owl image and then 10 in my snowflake and 1-7 for feb of the snowflake.. that leave me 3 short to complete feb. working on those now.
as you can tell I'm was stuck on this layout. it's so easy and I can make 10 cards out of one sheet of paper. I had 10 of each of these but had to use for last minute cards for new hires at work.
Vickijo the instructions you posted at the beginning of the jan thread were soooo helpful. Thankyou for holding this newbie hand! lol
as far as resizing. I change change the setting on my camera to the lowest setting and that seemed to fix the sizing problems I had as first. then I change it back to the highest setting for normal picture taking.
Here are my 10 cards for the month of January. 7 for me and 3 for a charity. Great to be back at the challenge again. Vikkijo, thanks for all you do for this.
I hope the stickles show in the center of each flower!
I am planning on just doing card fronts and then putting them on white cards after I have printed a message inside. My goal is 10 per month and I want to keep them simple. My card was copied from die cut diva's card.
[QUOTE=JadeOnline;17753799]Whoo hoo! I've finished my January cards already.
I have a number of loose images from image swaps, card kits, me changing my mind, etc that I want to use up. All of the images used in these cards were from my miscellaneous pile. It feels good to start using some of it up.

I like the snowflakes those are my favorite part of winter as long as we don't get to many of them.
Years ago, a co-worker of mine (who introduced me to card making) gave me a set of cute bear related stamps, because she knew how much I loved bears. But, I am not sure I have really used them much. I wanted so much to incorporate one of the bears in a holiday card so I decided to make this.
I just love visiting SCS, cause everyone is so darn talented here. I am trying to learn as much as possible from visiting all your wonderful galleries.
ScappinCEO, (EeGads. I just take one day and find some WiFi and a good cup of coffee - of course, that's 80 miles round trip but..) You and others like you who have no stores nearby, I applaud you!!! Clap, Clap, Clap Some stuff just looks better in a store than in a catalogue, right! You remind me how fortunate I am....thanks.
It is a whole temperature outside of ZERO
nothing above or below... just plain ZERO
Good stay in the house and stamp weather!
Yuck!!! And I complained this morning when the weatherman said it was 26....which is better than it was for all of December (I'm in southern New Jersey)!
I'm signing up. last year I totally flaked and sooooo regret not making cards early. I'm in for 10.

thanks VikkiJo for the instructions, I`ve just downloaded them on our laptop (my computer didnt have the programme to open the file) so hopefully February will have a link.
Oh my goodness, Vikki Jo, I made about 30 gift card holders for Christmas this year and sold them to colleagues at the hospital where I work. I have 7 more that are partially finished, so I will get working on them. I also have a non-Christmas one in my gallery, that shows the inside. Here is a link to a finished Christmas one. For some reason, this one didn't sell, although I think it is cute. Let it snow gift card holder by yellowrose46 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
