I am trying to get as far ahead as possible since I will lose a couple of months to yard work. I took Rox71's awesome idea of embossing snowflakes and used it on the dp that I had left over.
Here's her cards - thanks so much Roxie for the inspiration - mine were quick and easy. DP Quick Cards by Rox71 at Splitcoaststampers
Here's mine for May. I really should get these into my gallery, just keep forgetting.
Here are my May cards, I got 12 done this month and will keep two for me and put 10 in the soldier box. Would you believe I used black for the sky! SU black always comes out purple especially for this cardstock.

Your May cards are so cute! Love the soft look of these. very pretty.
I had to get mine finished up in good time as we're away for a few days.
I have another spare one made, but added extra sponging and need to take an updated photo, but I have 5 without it.
Here's my second card for May. I was inspired by LateBlossom's One Layer Challenge to use a stamp that has an embellishment in its design (see her blog: http://simplicitybylateblossom.blogspot.com/).
I forgot about posting these -- they have been done for awhile. I'm SO glad I remembered before the end of the month. I really struggled with the design, so this month is a hodge podge of designs. DASHER CHRISTMAS
Phew! Made it! Here is the link to my May card. I'll admit I was feeling under pressure to get something done so let that be a clue how I feel about this card. ;) I have got to get some good creative mojo soon... May CCC10 by inkypinky8 at Splitcoaststampers
