Teresa, thank you for spotlighting the Hospice House this month! Everyone at the House is so happy to be at the receiving end of such generosity!
Thank you to everyone here at SCSer's for being so gracious and generous month after month. Hugs to all of you!!
Pam, your cards arrived Friday. Sue, your cards arrived today. They are all so precious! The variety of sentiments will go a long way in staying in contact with the survivors. Ladies, thank you, thank you, thank you!!
I always prefer to send cards to places in need that are local to me. This Hospice sure fits that bill as Palm Bay is probably about 40 miles (or so) south of where I live.
I will check my stash for appropriate cards as well as make some more and will check back in when I've sent them off.
Robin! It is nice to be able to send cards to any organization that needs them but it does feel good to help out our local communities. Sometimes it feels more personal. Thank you for any cards that you can send!
Margaret, your cards arrived Wednesday. They are wonderful! Thank you so much!
Donna, I have not forgotten about your September Cards for a Cause. Next Saturday will be a crafty day for me. I may be late but I will get some to you.
Lynnette! Your wonderful cards have arrived! They will go a long way in helping to brighten the day for one of our survivors or caretakers. Thank you so much!

I've waited until the end of the month, but I will have some cards going out into the mail hopefully by tomorrow. I've made one for the challenge as well. Here's my Butterfly Effect Card.
It is sprayed with some shimmer spray and I'm hoping this will be OK as it's not any sort of glitter and shouldn't rub off.
If it is, please let me know and I'll remove it from my mailing. Thank you!!
Thanks to Donna for receiving the cards and all the wonderful people who help support this cause!

Lee Mae, your cards have arrived and are just beautiful! Thank you so much!
Sharon, your cards have arrived also. Thank you for sending the sympathy cards too. There is a sympathy card that gets sent from the hospice (that is why they didn't request sympathy cards) but the social workers like to send a card that is more personal and yours are so peaceful, serene and perfect! Thank you!
I have received 177 cards so far. As I open each package it is so apparent the love and care that is put into each card that has been sent. Ladies, you are all so amazing! Thank you all for your kindness.
Hi Ladies!
Due to a death in our family at the end of September I have fallen behind here. It's time to catch up!
In addition to the ladies I have already mentioned, I have received cards from Julie Maxon, Pat Doyle, Vicki Parson, Nancy Criddle, Teresa Kline, Pam, and rockandrollstamper. If I have missed anyone, please let me know. The total for the month is 262 wonderful cards!! We received much needed masculine cards, many challenge cards with butterflies that are beautiful and a variety that will meet all of our needs. I have been inspired to step up my card making too!
Thank you all so very much!
Hugs to all of you,
Donna
