DESCRIPTION: Golden House is a comprehensive domestic violence program. They provide housing, counseling, and other services for domestic violence victims and their families. they were founded in 1979 and have continued to increase their services to assist those in their area. Please check out their website to learn more about this organization.
TYPE OF CARDS REQUESTED: Birthday cards for both adults and children. They also requested holiday cards. Please refrain from religious themes.
SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS: Envelopes are appreciated. Nothing religious please as they wish not to offend any of their clients.
GUIDELINES: Please keep in mind, we are representing SCS by sending our cards each month. Recycling is always good, but only use products on your cards that you would like to receive on cards. Also, our card donations are not tax deductible and it is not required. Please do not ask for a receipt. Most of these organizations are volunteers and spend countless hours helping others, let's help make their jobs easier and bless them in helping others.

Happy to support this local-ish organization! I have been lucky to have a little extra crafting time in the last couple weeks, so I have been working ahead and might be ready a little earlier than usual for this month's cause.

Sending my package of 60 cards today, 30 Birthday and 30 Holiday. I'm rarely done this early, but the preview of upcoming months has been a great help! Maybe I can start a new trend for myself of sending mid-month instead of on the last day.

Hi Everyone!! Happy November 1st! It snowed here today...tis the season I guess.
I wanted to let you know a couple things....
1. The November Cause is posted....If you check out their website be prepared with tissues again...at least I needed them.
