I finally got to use the Papertrey Faux Ribbon set and tried to do what Nichole did in her blog for making the wide ribbon. When I took the tape off some of the cardstock's top layer tore so that is why the word window punches are where they are. I hope I did this right. So here is my SC mother's day card.
Almost forgot to POST this. Here's a BEE-day card using this week's sketch. Thanks for all the work and effort that goes into keeping this going every week. I just printed off all the sketches from the beginning for a friend and myself to keep in notebooks, for those days when you just want to have fun and not think toooo hard. Love to see all the different variations of the same sketch each week. Such talented and creative stampers all.
Here's mine...It's pretty simple but I like how it turned out. I am trying to get better about using my scraps of printed paper left over from scrapbooking. This paper is from the Cosmo Cricket Dutch Girl line. TFL!!
My 3 grandchildren, I love being a Grandma! My profile picture is a 5 generations picture with my granddaughter. I'm the one in the pink. lol (Back Right) Too fun.

Thanks again Roxie for choosing Trudee's wonderful design. It was perfect for DP and a larger main image. I combined with CC112....pinks.....I love the results. Enjoy, Nancy

Here is my card sketch for this week. I stretched it a little. I hope that's OK. I'm in a toile mood lately, this is the fourth toile card I've made in the last week.
Great challenge Roxie and Trudee...I did modify the dimensions a bit and next time will stick closer to yours as this pales in comparison to the gorgeous examples you both provided.
