When did Viking become Office Depot?

When did this happen? Anyone ordered from the new website? I need to reorder my mono refills and am wondering if customer service is just as good as it used to be.

They switched over quite some time ago ... earlier in the year, maybe even late last year. Office Depot does not offer the cheap pricing on mono like Viking used to. You can order it in bulk at about $2.00 each, but you have to purchase a minimum of 150. I did that once and split it among friends.

I have still been ordering and it is all the same, except I actually get my orders a day faster. Yay! But I haven't been as impressed with pricing and coupons.

Yes, I was not happy at the changes in pricing and coupons either. It has been hard to find the same deals they had...
