I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I was really hoping that Looks like spring had a punch that could be used to punch out the really big flower. Does the new catty by any chance have that? Thank you!
What about replacements for Buttons, Bows & Twinkletoes and Toy Box? I have been debating ordering these two before they are gone. Sorry if it was addressed already, I just noticed 3 new pages of posts since the last time I checked!
Kissy, I am not one to usually sit at the computer for hours at a time, just trying to catch tidbits of info. But, YOU have been incredible with all of your sharing and I dub you........(drum roll) THE ANSWER LADY!!!! I would also like to thank ALL of you who have made the waiting a little easier. Anyone going to Convention???? I'm at the 2nd session, would love to say HI in person.
Oh you're all very welcome There's no set that's really like BUtton's. Bow's and Twinkletoes or Toy Box, which kind of surprised me too
The Convention sets..I remember three of them. One was the birthday set which was okay, has some stuff for invitations and a big cake.
Sew Seasonal has a tree, snowflake, pumpkin, heart, leaf etc and the outline is stitching.
Circle of Friendship is circles with writing on it that you can punch out, the writing goes around the outside of the circle and then there's some in the center.
Be Happy has a big tag with dots like the Hot to Dot wheel, a flower with writing on it, and then a couple of other tags
Did you guys know there's another Everyday Flexible Phrases too? The font is just a little bolder than the oother one
Ooh glad to hear about more phrase stamps@ And I saw Sew Seasonal in Canadian Scrapbooker mag! It looked cute but I will have to see some samples with it before I can decide if I like it or not.

Kissy,
This is my first post and I've just been reading and reading all of your super responses to all the questions!
MY question is:
For the new colors that were added, do they list markers in the catty? I know they said that CS and the Classic ink pads/refills would be available, but I really want the markers to match! I use markers so much and I really like to have them in every color! Thanks so much! I'm DYING to see the new catalog!!
AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I'M GOING CRAZY!!!!! THE SUSPENSE IS KILLLLLLLLING MEEEEEEEEEEE!!! whew, thanks, i feel much better now!!!!
Hi, I'm the one that posted yesterday about living near the Canadian border. For those that were asking, I live between Bellingham and Lynden, and the crossing is 7 miles from my home. Now I really am ready to head for the border (that sounds strange doesn't it?) I checked my mail and no catalog yet. And I still can't track the ones I ordered. Argggggh!!!
i have been sitting her for, well i don't know how long, reading this thread and all i can say is THANK YOU!!!!
i got a starter kit order form from my demo on sat. the US price is the same the kit is the same (except stamp sets) the memories add on only changed to replace tags with accordian book kit set of three. WHAT IS THIS? how big are they? how many pages? etc.
ALSO, can the big deal alpha set replace the best friends alpha set in the add-on kit, i mean price wise can it replace the set?

Everything in the kit can be exchanged for like items, unless it's greyed out, for the same or lesser price. My sister and I changed out a bunch of stuff to suit our needs. We started last Nov. so all the flower stamps didn't do us much good, so we swapped them out for seasonal stamps. Worked out great for our first Stamp Camps, had everything we needed. Hope this helps.
Kate
Thanks so much for all the time you are spending on this. We all appreciate you!
Could you tell me if the Watercolor Wonder Crayons are still in tin containers? I know when you buy the full set of markers you get a great container but not when you buy them individually. Just wondered if that would be the case with the crayons too?
I've heard from someone that the full set of crayons feels really unsteady in the tin, almost like it could fall apart. Has anyone else noticed this? Individual tins might work out alot better.
yes the WWC are in tins...looks that way anyway, like the pencils. The neutrals come in a box though. I have the big set and yes it is a little unsteady, I put a big elastic around mine now since a friend dropped hers and broke a bunch
Gotta get back to work, I'll try to check again after a bit...busy here today
Krissy, Thanks for all your time and information. Really love reading this thread. If you post your address I am sure you will receive a bunch of 'thank You' notes and 'stuff' Just a thought anyway I would send a Thanks kinda gift.

I just happened to come across this thread and am SOOOO excited. I am not a demonstrator, would love to do it but NO time or anything else. I used to be a demonstraotr for a competitor about 5 years ago so I know what goes into being one. SU is way better than any other company. Thanks for sharing this so I can start saving my $$ to buy more. You guys are the best enablers and I thank you for it.
Thanks for the info. Glad On the Spot is in the new catty, along with the designer papers that go with Looks Like Spring. I had bought Sweet Spot but not On the Spot to go with it.
Demos -- I think you're going to be getting some big orders on July 1

Oh, this is a big improvement. I love my WWC, but I really dislike that big flat tin. It's terribly unstable and fragile, plus it's just too space-consuming if you don't have a huge work area - which I definitly do not. I had to have my tin replaced because it was packed in the bottom of a big box full of paper and stamps, and was warped. The warp was very small, but the box couldn't close properly and the lid would pop off in back. It would be very nice if SU! would sell the smaller tins to people who wanted to repackage their crayons.

Does anyone know if the new colors that were just added were included in the new watercolor crayons? Trying to decide if it is worth the extra money to wait and order the crayons in families of colors, or just buy the old set. I see the tin is a mess, many have complained, but any thoughts on this?

I would assume the new colors were NOT added in the watercolor crayons. Maybe someone with a new catty can confirm, but I'm pretty sure the new colors will be in classic ink only.
Personally, I really like having all of my watercolor crayons in one large tin. I can open it up on my table and have all 48 beautiful colors in front of me at one time.
Sorry, that's what I meant. That the neutral group was it's own little group. Is the sahara sand color included in the neutrals? Or is it just black, white and grey?
WWC storage
Discovered this when I loaned a few ww crayons to a friend in an XS plastic Stamp & Supply box! Have placed 12 in one box and they fit nicely in 2 rows of 6! Much easier for transporting to & from workshops!
Boy, sounds like a lot of fun! Can't wait to see it! I was hoping they would come out with some unfrogettable accessories like loads of love has. Or a frog punch to punch out that frog. He's not the easiest to cut out!!
there is a new stamp set. PM "kissy" or "fool4scrappin" for details. they both filled me in on the new coffee set!
the information is actually contained in this thread. Just go to each page in the thread and use your browser to search for 'congratulatte'. I think that is easier all around.
