Top Line Creations dissolved--new name announced

Announced 05/14/08, here's an excerpt...

TLC is no longer a viable enterprise and will be dissolved effective immediately.

Fayette Terlouw and Annette Ward (the "Ettes") previously employed by TLC, will continue to share their talents as designers for a new organization -- Breezy Design, LC ("Breezy").

Breezy has negotiated with TLC's secured creditors to acquire all TLC inventory, outstanding orders, equipment, copyrights, etc. Breezy will process and ship all outstanding TLC orders, and will honor the current subscriptions and referral group memberships previously established by TLC. Breezy welcomes all TLC Members and TLC customers to join them in this new enterprise.

good grief. i'm sorry but I was a tlc rep, then a few weeks ago, i became a "member" of tlc, now I'm a "member" of Breezy? Its just frustrating. But thank you for the information

Yep for me too was cons., then member, now something to this new name I found this out 4 days ago without email jusy the website. whatever. They changed way to many times, and they dont even have products worth the changes, even in the future how worth it would it really be. I still am trying to clean up/finish my ties with them other than that I have been done.

yea an email from them advising us of the change would have been nice. I'm at CKC Manchester this weekend and there is a booth for TLC along with an ad in the program to "join" the rep as a new consultant. Wonder how happy she is she spent the money on the ad in the program (which I hear is not cheap) for a company that no longer exists.
