Default Target Enabler

OMG, I went to Target today to see if I would get lucky. I've become a dollar spot stalker. I hit it big with lovely paper packs, wedding, vacation and baby themes to choose from, lots of embellishments and ribbon. I have been very happy with their ribbon in the past...there is more on a roll that you think. But the big surprise was $1 clear acrylic stamp sets that included 4-5 stamps per pack. Each stamp is bigger than the Studio G stamps and they come in wedding, baby and vacation themes. I spent $20+ on $1 items! Hope you guys can get some. Oh, I also found some clearance items on an endcap that were scrapbook items. Making Memories paint sets that sell for $11.99 were marked down to $3! The had wrapping paper for $0.75 a roll. They are re-working the sb department at my Target and marked stuff way down to get rid of it. I happen to be there while they were making the move so I just stood there and grabbed everything they put on the clearance shelf. Talk about lucky!

My Target had some really nice metal pails in the dollar spot--just plain (with handles) in solid colors, not the ones with Easter cuts in the pail.

our dollar spot is empty too (North Texas) but I did find some great buys in the stationary and scrapbooking clearance. Working on my brothers rehearsal dinner and I found blank Anna Griffin invites (with vellum, ribbon, envelopes and reply cards) for only $4.95!

Man, I miss the PA Target! It has the best craft section & dollar spot! Mine had nothing last time I was in there.

I bought the self adhesive half pearls, 30 for a dollar. They come in different sizes. They had cute paper and also some cute albums to go with the paper. So....$20.00 or so later .....loved it.

Not again, like mentioned in other posts with Target. We dont get the dollar spots with all the good stuff. Ours has stuff like girls lipsticks, toys, and things of that nature. Oh, and nothing on clearance in our SB section either.:(

I just went this morning and they had some great wire baskets on clearance for 50 cents each. I bought all 18 of them!

Target in WF did the redo of their scrap aisle 2 weeks ago. I happen to walk in as they were doing this--I got everyhting for 75% off. Making Memories paper pack, Autumn Leaves paperpack, Marcella Paperpack, Autumn Leaves fall set of acrylic stamps, a beautiful leather 8x8 album by Making Memories among other stuff. I spent 20 dollars! Excited to say the least. A week before that had stopped in and spent 15 in the dollar spot. I managed to find the boy and girl acrylic stamps, pearls, those small packs of embellishments and I can't remember the rest. Good luck hunting for your bargains!

Has anybody found this in Indiana? I've gone everyday this week and our $ spot is pretty well cleared out. I guess they're getting ready for the new stuff but I'm getting antsy. I keep telling my hubby I NEED to run to Target - but he's giving me funny looks.

I got off work early today, saw this post and now I'm $60 poorer! LOL! I cannot resist cheap stuff. Bought some nice paper & trims in the dollar spot, and hit all the clearance stuff while I was there- you gotta love 75% off Easter- we'll have another one next year, right? I found those briefcase-like organizers, 2 pack clearanced for $6.98. For TWO! I've never seen 'em ONE for $6.98!!! So, naturally, I bought a bunch. Sigh. Stuff or money, can't have both.

I am soooo glad I read this before I left the house. I went to my Target and bought a bunch of the dollar spot stuff, too cute! But, had no luck with clearance in the scrapbook area.

I am in Fishers, Indiana - so maybe other Indiana stores will have it soon.

*sigh* Still waiting for the new stuff to hit the dollar section. So far, we only have the paper. I want to see the ribbon, brads, half pearls, and stamps.

Yay! Just got back from Target and FINALLY we got new $ spot items. I loaded up on the paper, pearls, ribbon, misc. scrapbook paper embellishments, and some cute bags. I checked out the scrapbooking section but nothing on clearance. Oh well, I'm very happy with what I got!

I went today to Target, found the different $1 clear stamps and some 12x12 papers. There wasn't anything I really wanted in the clearance sb section though.
