still not up as far as I can tell... grrrrrr I hate when they plan these lists on a weekend/Monday. They never go live when they should!
From what I read and if I understood correctly, I'm not too sure if it will be posted on the customer side of the website. You may need to go through your demo for updates. So far nothing has been posted as of 2:30am PST. Hope this helps. If my information is not accurate I'm sorry.

it's currently not up on EITHER side... so much for getting my newsletter out before work!
They should have posted like they did the stamp retired list. I can definitly see how this would affect all of the demos that need that list. Maybe SU will catch on to that for the next lists?

I called into SU to see what the scoop is, and there is a recording before you even give your demo number that states they've had some website issues over the weekend, and the list won't be posted until all issues have been resolved.
This is why they should NEVER schedule these things on a weekend or a Monday. This isn't the first time it's happened either. Very frustrating when you're running a special. I was going to offer free shipping on any order placed today that contained a retiring item, but now am thinking I'll have to extend it to include tomorrow as well.....
I am a stampin up demonstrator and I can't get the retire list to open! Isn't that awful!
It says that their is a problem with the adobe reader?

I feel at such a disadvantage...
if anyone has any suggestions- I would appreciate it!

try right clicking and "save target as" , save to your desktop, then open it from there.
I'm assuming you're trying to open the stamp set list? The accessories list isn't adobe pdf format... it's just a regular update.
