I just received an email from Scrappin Great Deals letting us know that there improved website is up and running and they are offering a 20% discount on all regular priced items, this does not include preorders, backorders or sale items this discount is good until 9am on November 7th. There site looks great, they do have a few glitches here and there, but if you let them know about any problems the will be able to fix it. Just thought I would do my part in enabling fellow stampers.

Just checked it out (3pm PST) and it's still the old site. Hopefully the changes will kick in soon;)

I just placed an order on the new site, there was a minor glitch but after contacting them everything was worked out. This is one place that I keep going back to for supplies, they have great service and speedy shipping.
Can't get the site at all. I just get "try again". Address not found.
I had to try a couple of times before I was taken to the new site. All I can suggest is keep trying, they are still fine tunning everything and it might take awhile to get everything worked out. Good luck.
I am thinking that site might be down again. I tried repeatedly, I also cleared my history and cookies, so I know it is not pulling the copy from the cache out. Can't wait to see the new site.

It is normal for a new system to have some problems when they first come back up, all companies large or small have this problem no matter what they do. I have had very little problem getting on to there site, I did have to click on the link a couple of times before it came up, but I have also had to do this on occassion with online companies that have not changed there system. For some smaller companies it is not possible to be running two websites at the same time.

Yup I agree, websites are expensive (especially ones with all the features that this one has). And Sheila is awesome and has awesome costumer service. She is always helpful and responds to emails and questions right away. She is worth waiting for.

The way I understand it, sorry I got rid of the email that explains it, as long as the item is not a preorder, backordered or on sale already it will automaticly be discounted the 20%, as for it not showing up in your cart as discounted from what I remember the discount is done at the time of checkout, sorry I can't remember more, contact Sheila and she will be happy to answer your question more than what I can.

There is no coupon code, you go through checkout (and yes it will be all the regular price) however when Sheila picks your order, she prints a receipt with the sale prices and this receipt along with a receipt of payment gets sent with your order and that is what will get charged. Basically she adjusts the prices after checkout. Here is the link explaining it better.
