Great customer service from RR! Not only are they super-fast (I sent in an order via "snail mail" (money order) last Thursday, and received my stamps in the mail today). One of the items was a mistake, so I just called them, and not only are they replacing it with the correct item, but told me I could still keep the one they sent by mistake as a complimentary gift for their error! It's so refreshing to do business with such great companies!!! (PLUS they threw in some "free stamps" along with my order, cute ones too!) RR Rocks!:-D
