Ok, so I know this has been posted like a zillion times before (rightfully so), but I just received my first order from PTI! I have been looking at her stamps for a LONG time and reading her blog, etc, just never ordered from her. I finally ordered and let me tell you I will be ordering again. Besides the fact that her stamps are awesome, I ordered on Sunday and my shipment came today! WED! Can you believe that? And everything is packaged so nicely! Even my husband was impressed. He said "I'm not a stamper, but I would buy those stamps b/c of how nicely they are packaged up!" Just wanted everybody to know what a great experience I had with PTI!!
Wow that is really fast. I have placed several orders and always been very happy. I placed a good sized order two days ago so perhaps it will get here by the end of the week...that would be awesome...Hope you love your goodies.
Blessings.
Aren't they fab!?! I have loved them since the beginning, faithfully order EVERY release and have not been let down yet!
Teddy, PTI is Papertrey Ink. They release new sets/cardstock/ribbon/ink on the 15th of every month! Nichole's countdown {on her blog} begins on the 10th of every month (TODAY, YIPPEE!) and she releases sneak peeks and projects every day leading up to the release on the 15th!
Yes, PTI rocks! I love Nichole's style, and the new designers PTI has brought on board are also wonderful. Customer service is great, too. Can't wait to see the new release on the 15th...until then, I'll stalk Nichole's blog for sneak peeks!
You all would like to be where I am now.. I am staying in TN for now while we are getting ready to move back to Fort Bragg, NC.. at a local scrapbook store they sell the Papertrey stamp sets.. and have lots of card samples and all... I don't own any, but did notice the display when I was in the store.
Pa,

I have to agree with ALL of you, PTI has taken over #1 in my book. I started out with SU, but since I started ordering from PTI, I am hooked!! I haven't even seen this months sets and already have a large order put together. The paper and ink are fantastic! I am also excited about seeing the new designers using the up and coming products! (I'm a hugh Dawn McVey fan, love her style) The 15th can't get here fast enough for me.
I just recd an order yesterday. I had orderred only 1 set of stamps previously. this time I ordered ribbon, cardstock, patterned paper and stamps. I have to say, everything is top notch. packaging, quality instructions, just the best. I see a long future for this company and plan to buy a lot more from them.

I am a newbie to loving PTI too! I only have received one order, but was extremely happy and pleased with quality, shipping, packaging, and pricing! Hello, they are cheap! Especially for paper and all that...Gotta love them. I am getting ready to place an order for my bday present to myself, but am wondering if i should wait and see the new releases?? not sure...i'm sure I will want them.
Be sure to check out the link to Nichole's blog at the bottom of their home page. You'll also see a ton of great ideas if you look through the archives. And one of her DT members has a full picture of the little owl on her blog, I believe. I think the SU owls look a little dated.. I think I'll love this one! I'm looking forward to their next release. I wonder what color cardstock they'll have this time. I'm hoping for a gorgeous blue
If you haven't tried PTI stamps yet, you are MISSING OUT! I 'found' them when they were a Member Company here on SCS and I've been addicted ever since! (read: addicted = spending all my money!) ;)

Yea, Nichole lives around that part of the state. PTI is packaged and shipped from near Cincinnati.
I love PTI, it has become my favorite stamping source.I guess I am addicted , because each month I can't wait to see what Nicole has in store for us.I used to buy only SU.Thanks Nicole
I love PTI too. I'm big into their ribbon and paper, but will admit to being less enthusiastic about their stamps. I always love what other stampers do with them; I just can't seem to make them work. Part of the problem is the fact they are 2 or 3-step stamping and for my tiny, uncreative brain, I find it difficult to put the images together.
For example, I've been having a heck of a time with Pond Life. I finally figured out that a tiny little stamp (in the shape of a triangle) was the tail for the turtle! I only figured this out after hunting down all the cards I could find that use this set. I noticed in her Wise Owl set, she shows an example of how to put the owl together; this is printed right on the index sheet. THIS is what I need!
(on a blog, someone from her team put together a reindeer head using the owl stamp parts; I am still shaking my head over this creativity; and I need them to tell me how to put together the owl!!!)
Quality is the first word I think of with mention of PTI. I love all the products. I will certainly have my quota to get the anniversary gift this year! I think the stamp ideas just get better and better. The cardstock is first class and I love the matching pads of prints, and the ribbon, and the ink, and.........
Hi - I just received my Guide Lines stamp set. It's a beautifully packaged product. Can anyone tell me where to find more detailed information about how to use the stamps to achieve a patterned paper effect. The ways I have tried so far have not been successful nor have they been reasonably easy. Thank you. - Perideaux -

I having trouble with their inks seriously staining my stamps. I've tried all sorts of cleaner to no avail. I know that stamps do stain......but these are even worse than Stazon. Of course I clean them immediately but they still stain worse than any other ink I've tried.
Any ideas, suggestions?? Anyone have the same prob??

And I agree about the fast shipping and the quality of their "stuff".
Ok, after reading these comments, I had to go check out their website. OMG they have some wonderful sets. I'm going to start my wishlist and place an order soon I'm sure. Thanks for passing on some great info!
I have not had problems with the Pallette Inks staining my stamps not even black...what kind of cleaner are you using. I just ordered the "entire" line of dark chocolate...cant wait to get that. I love Papertrey.
Blessings.
You might try Ultraclean. I don't have a problem with staining ~ I LOVE Palette inks!! A little staining on an acrylic is okay though ... and it helps you see the stamp better. I've even read where some people just ink up everything right out of the box, stamp 'em out and clean 'em up, just to get that little bit of color on the stamps so they're more visible.
I agree with the comments on this conversation. I had superfast service and my small items were thoughtfully and carefully package. I have picked out my next items already.
I love PTI. But I don't buy all their stamps. I am unsure there will ever be a company I'd buy ALL from. lol
I like that there are so many guest designers and different spins on things.
And they have fantastic customer service.
Fun Fun FUn!
Inks will stain most clear stamps. I prefer them stained. I know everyone does not, but they are much easier to see on my table, floor, etc. and it doesn't affect the final result.

I agree Joan. A little staining never bothered me either.
Means they're loved. lol
When I first started stamping and went to the BST forum I thought "well-loved" stamps just meant they really loved them LOL!! Come to find it was SCS "code" for a little stained maybe and not brand-new looking! Never even bothered me in the least! Stamps with a life ;)
