I am going to a convention in Monroeville, PA tomorrow and this company will be there - I can't wait to see the stamps! I hope I can talk to the owner(s) - I would like to suggest some stamps with veterinarians on them. Anyone know of any?

Hey! We had an OSU graduate interning at the hospital I work at last year. Good luck in Vet school.
To answer your question, I'm not familiar with any stamps with a veterinarian in them.

Thanks, that's very sweet!
Unfortunately, I won't be making it to the convention tomorrow, b/c my car needs to get fixed...ahhh I hate cars. So I hope that Purrs and Pants website goes live soon!
ManatyGrrl......The one lady's name is Tricia. I e-mailed with her yesterday. She said something about her mother designs the stamps. I'm sending her some photos of my SD so she can understand what the working dog looks like in harness. Tricia seemed very nice and interested in any ideas for dog/cat stamps people might have. I sent the fee via PayPal for the catalog. She said the website would be up in a few weeks or so.
I'm jealous. I wish I knew where Monroeville, PA is. I would swim across the river with my GR to go to the convention. Would be cheaper than driving across the bridge. I take it Monroeville is more upstate PA. I'm across the bridge from Philly in NJ.
This is just a little off the main topic, but while you're waiting for the website visit the website www.freekibble.com and help feed animals that have become homeless due to foreclosures. The site was started by a 12 year old. You answer a question and 20 pieces of kibble get donated to a shelter. You don't even have to answer the question correctly for the donation to take place and you can visit the site once a day.
Ladies, I just received my copy of the paper catalog for Purrs and Pants. These stamp images are absolutely adorable!!! If you value your dog/cat as a true family member, you'll love these images. I feel there are so many ways you can use these images for all kinds of projects. Combining them with other stamps there is no end to the thoughts and feelings you could convey.
The images are mostly line drawings that would lend themselves to the artistic freedom of the user for coloring. Those of you who use the Copic markers with shading and color combinations could have a ball. I use pencils of various types and feel even I could make these images come to life!
Some of the images show both cat and dog together. It's a myth that cats and dogs don't like each other. It all depends on how they are raised.
There are lots of verbage stamps too that would make the images even more realistic.
Even before the website is up and running I will be placing my order. I can only voice my particular opinion as a mom of 2 Golden Retrievers (one now at Rainbow Bridge). Judging from the images on paper, I would suggest you check the site out when on-line or order a printed catalog with no waiting.
Hi everyone.....further to my post #48. All the stamps come in mounted or unmounted with a significant savings for the unmounted ones. Also, measuring with my ruler, the catalog shows them full size. There are also the measurements listed with each image. Various holiday themes also.
I think I'm a bit excited at finding such super images!
I just received my first order of rubber stamps from Purrs and Pants. They produce rubber stamps (both mounted and unmounted) of dogs and cats in all kinds of situations. Some comic and some in more serious everyday situations. The stamps I received are absolutely adorable! They are realistic looking animals.
These stamps (I purchased the unmounted bare rubber), are great. Very deep cut into the rubber with clean clear cuts. In my opinion they will be very easy to color in with what ever I choose to use.....pencils, markers, water colors, etc. I just need to easily trim the rubber to my liking and I'm ready to go.
I placed my order on Saturday and it was sent out Monday morning and delivered today via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping was very reasonable for the quantity I ordered. I received a PayPal invoice which made ordering so easy. They do accept credit cards also. I also spoke to Tricia in reference to my order. Can't beat that customer service.
Since their website is not on-line yet, you do have to e-mail for a catalog.
They're waiting for copy-right paperwork to go through and that should take a few weeks. You can order a paper catalog to be sent to you that has all the images lots and lots) available. Their customer service is super.......I got my catalog in about 2 days.
You can contact Purrs and Pants at 412-728-7519. PayPal [email protected]. E-Mail at [email protected]. Mailing address is 2805 Timberglen Dr. Imperial, PA 15126.
If you love dogs and cats, you will love these stamps.
I will be placing another order next month and after, till I can get all I want.
oh those samples are too cute,, waiting anxiously for it to open i wonder if there will be any cocker spaniels?
i have a spoiled one at home she thinks she is a princess! lol
Ladies......I've sent an e-mail with a link to this thread to the woman who owns Purrs and Pants. She is still waiting for the copyright paperwork. It all takes time. She is anxious too.

I've met Tricia's mother last week and saw some of the new images she's working on - you're gonna LOVE them! I'll try to have a copy of the catalog at the Ft Meade, MD shoebox swap scheduled for September 27th. You can read about the swap on this SCS site. Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Hope to see some of you at the swap!

Ladies.....I just heard from Tricia (owner of Purrs and Pants). Yes, her website is on-line, BUT there have been a few glitches found that need to be addressed. These things are being worked on and should be resolved by later tonight. No orders can be taken at this time. Please be patient while these things are being corrected. Your patience is appreciated. There should be a notice posted when the site is ready for viewing and orders. Tricia certainly appreciates your interest in her new site and her stamps!
Thank-You......Patti (on behalf of Tricia - Purrs and Pants)
Ladies......I've received word from Tricia that the Purrs and Pants website is now up and running. Actually the e-mail was sent out about 9:24 Eastern time.
These stamps are so adorable! Thanks for starting this thread! Going back to the website to drool over the darling kitty stamps! And the prices are so reasonable! It makes me want to buy them all!

Another great place to get cute dog and cat stamps is
JessicaLynnOriginal.com. She's been around for a few years and
has some adorable dog sets. I've bought from her and would buy from
her again.
This is what I need the most. I have more than enough flowers and holidays stamps. But never enough cats stamps. I got to order some cute stamps from it.
TFS!
