I ordered Feb. 21st (and was charged on or soon after that date) and my order was received today. It may even have been there on Saturday - I can't be sure because we checked our PO Box before the time they guarantee all mail to be sorted. So it seems, at least for early orders, that the 6 week time frame is accurate.
I also ordered around Feb 16, and have not gotten my order. I ordered thru someone who has a store. Her blog says the third batch went out on Mar 23 I'm giving it another day or two then I'm going to contact my credit card co........ I ordered almost $50 so I'm pretty p***** about it.
I keep telling myself I'm not ordering any more.....so far, I'm not listening to myself.....

I am with you ladies. I have ordered several weeks back and my CC was charged almost 2 weeks ago now and I have not received the order yet. I am getting a little impatient myself!!

I wonder, if indeed, these guys are going out of business. If they wanted to shut the business down, you would think they would give a date for final orders and after that, no more. Instead, they seem to be taking new orders every day and they don't have the manpower to get the stuff out the door. They have had my money for over a month now and I think that is just not good enough service.
I ordered on 2/17 and was charged late Feb. My order arrived today perfectly. The only interesting note was that I was charged $8 for shipping and actual postage on the box was $11.25. It was shipped priority mail. My package was heavy as I ordered a 12 pk of twinks, 6 individual pots and 16 oz of solution to use with the primary elements. I did the happy dance as I now have all of the colors!!! I'm off to open them up and check them out. . . .
My credit card has been billed so I'm still hopeful that my order will show up . . .
Order Date : 19 Feb 2009 - 09:01
Order ID : xxx
Payment by Credit card
Product : Quantity : Price
TW-2457 - 24 Color Pack Twinkling H20's : 1 :
I'm thinking that they may be filling smaller orders first.
Haven't lost hope!
My order arrived yesterday. I was up at 5:30 a.m. this morning playing with my new paints before getting ready for work! What fun!--Barbara

They have shops that have said they will take the excess to sell so they are still making hay as the sun is still shining with orders. They are using the money to pay to make the colors, the cost of the supplies etc. I don't think in the longterm any business can survive like this so I think they are going, they are just trying to give as many people the opportunity to get their product before it goes for good.
I think it is pretty nice of them to continue to make the products for those of us that want to stock up, not just order cause it is a huge sale. Not many companies would do that. They would shut the doors and say, Sorry about your luck. Im rather grateful to be able to get the products no matter how long I have to wait. I ordered in February also and am still waiting. Seems to me that the orders are starting to arrive, so it shouldnt be to long now.
I dont think they will make it in the long run, simply because the majority of us are ordering enough to last for a very long time because of knowing we wont be able to buy it again. Therefore not many people are going to have to order for a while considering how much we ordered in the first place.
They have said they only have a few employees that are working to fill these final orders and they dont have the manpower to answer every phone call or email. We all knew it would be every bit of six weeks to get it.
Sorry, ladies!!!! My order came via USPS Priority mail. It was mailed out on 3. April and arrived today 7.April and I am only in AZ! So ,for all of you that live on the East Coast and up North, it might just take 2-3 days longer than that. I was charged $ 6.45 and the actual package was $ 6.40 so that is not too bad, because those H2o's are still kind of heavy!!!
Keep hoping ladies {and stalk that mail carrier:rolleyes:} they are coming!!!!

I orderd on March 7, and still have not seen a charge to my credit card. I'm wondering if I should call to find out if my order is going to be processed.
I called today, and I guess it was a good thing that I called. There was some confusion with my order and that is why it was never processed. I wish they would have contacted me to clarify what was wrong.

That's not cool! I know they are inundated with orders but still, it only takes 5 minutes to call or e-mail you.
I checked my calendar yesterday and it's been 7 weeks since I ordered and 6 weeks since I paid...I'm trying to wait patiently but I'm starting to get really antsy.
Mine new Twinklings have ARRIVED!!! I was so excited to see the package on top of my mailbox.
It cost 9.63 for shipping.
Never fear, Ladies! Our goodies are coming
Well i made a complete list of what I have. Im trying to take stock of my whole craft room and this was step one! Im so proud of myself, lol.
I realize now, I have missed a few colors of pinks that I should of got :( Im not sure whether to place another order or run down to Marcos and see what they got?
I wonder how much longer they are going to take orders? I rarely order over the net, so it means I will have to go to the bank and get another prepaid credit card first.
My order came today. I got 3 sets of 6 (small pots) and 2 single large ones. Probably not enough but I am struggling to store everything else I have now! I already had 2 sets. My order confirmation came on 2/23, and the order date on the invoice was 3/10. I was charged 6.45 for postage. The order came (USPS) in a small priority box, $5.60 - not sure if that fee includes delivery confirmation which was used. Now I need to get busy to use them.
Oh yes, prepaid cards are great! I use them quite alot. Actually that is how I pay alot of my bills online also. Then if I have any left, I throw it on a prepaid card and it is Mommas spending money! I know exactly what I have to spend and cant spend anymore, whether I want to or not.
It is quite an exciting day for me when I get a fresh prepaid credit card in my hot little hands!
I got my credit card statement the Monday and it showed the charges for my H20's on Feb 18 and posted on Feb 19 .....I still don't have my H20's I thinking of contacting the credit card company and trying get my money back. I'm sorry I ever dealt with this person. I felt it was safe because she had a store front. Even though she is in another state from me. My new computer has a program on it that deleted all my emails to her. So I have no proof......... Can you tell that I am highly p*****? and I really did want those H20's........ lesson learned I guess DO NOT deal with peple you don't know........

How do you get a pre-paid card? Where do you get one and how do they work?? Sounds like something I need!

I get them at the credit union that I bank at. You can get them just about anywhere now though. Walmart, those horrendous check cashing places, your bank. I like getting them at the bank though, that way I have a way to go back if there is ever a problem with one. Which I have NeVeR had a problem.
You can access them online and see all your transactions or call a number, just like a regular credit card, Except no interest rates or overdrawing! Im a huge fan of these and have been trying to get everyone I know to switch. I hate seeing my friends lose everything because of either the credit card debt or those horrible check cashing places!
I have nothing more than a savings account and prepaid cards and it was the best decision I ever made with my money!
I paid with my H2os with a prepaid card! I pay for gas, my gas bill, everything that I dont want to or cant pay with cash with..
Geesh, sorry about the rant! I hate our country in such turmoil over money! Let me know if you have anymore questions! Im full of info:rolleyes:

Sounds like a great idea for people sending kiddos off to college too.
I'm still waiting too! It seems like it's been forever......wish they'd come as it's been since 2/16.
I hope yours come soon.
I had a chance to open and use mine today. Now I wonder if I ordered the right sets. Sigh...
At any rate, I used Heavenly White and Egyptian Gold on a wedding cake - I am so pleased with the shimmer. I have a few colors I have been using for a long time, and I think the new ones have more sparkle.
I am thinking I read somewhere (memory overload here) about using them with versamark. Has anyone done that? Is it like using chalks?
I have used the primary elements (similar to pealex or think powdered H2os) with versamark and it is beautiful but I doubt that twinkling H2os would work with versamark. My H20s have arrived and I did order more primary elements a couple of weeks later so I'm hoping they show in up in the next couple of weeks.
I was very happy to see a sticker (attached to the outer plastic wrap) listing the colors and kit#. I cut apart the names, and re-adhered the tiny sticker to the appropriate lid. That way I can tell the color without taking the jar out of the storage container. I also wrote the kit # on the sticker that was already on the bottom - a "just in case" for future reference.
