OK - I just have to say........I placed an order for copic markers on Friday at Ellen's online store. I got an email on Saturday that they had shipped. When I got home last night (Monday) they were in my mailbox - now you have to know they were shipped from the state of Washington to Virginia. I couldn't believe it!!! I have been looking at these for a looooong time and decided to finally order them after Julie Ebersol posted a list of the ones she uses most often. They were in stock at Ellen's store, which is important to me, because I hate backrorders and love instant gratification!!!
So all that to say that Ellen Hutson's online store is super and I will definitely be ordering again! Thanks so much Ellen, but you should have told me you were sending a hand stamped thank you, cause I would have ordered that stamp as welll:mrgreen: !!!! Guess that's on my next order!
I have said that I would order from Ellen's store JUST to get the "thank you"
image she sends! Fantastic customer service and the fastest shipping around
doesn't hurt either!
I couldn't agree with you more! I've always appreciate the personallized service and have talked to Ellen herself, when I've had questions about a product.
Another BIG Ellen fan here! I've ordered several times from her and customer service rocks!!! Even through the ongoing trials of her broken foot, she hasn't missed a beat. Plus, she's such a sweetie too!
I just placed my first order for Nestabilities with Ellen. I've heard such fantastic things about her store that I decided to try it out! Can't wait for my new stuff!!
She has a fantastic store with incredible shipping speed. She must have all of the boxes at home ready to go, because I always get a notifiaction that it has been shipped only hours after I place the order. I love her store. Thanks Ellen.
Anytime I've had to purchase "big ticket" stamping items (Copics, Nestabilities, etc.), I've gone to Ellen's store. I have complete confidence that if she sells it, she's done the research and uses it herself. She's never going to give us anything but a quality product at a reasonable price. If if it costs a little more to go through her store than a large-volume seller, I'm willing to pay a little extra because she provides superlative service and makes her decisions from our point of view. Not to mention the GORGEOUS, hand-crafted, priceless thank-yous! I'm a huge fan of Ellen's, to say the very least!

Would you mind sharing the list of colors that Julie posted and that you ordered? I have been thinking about Copics and this might help in my decision making. Thanks so much.
Hmmm, I didn't notice that she doesn't sell them. Maybe each refill comes with a booster needle? I'd email her directly. It says here that you don't need the booster but not how to do it: http://www.carpediemstore.com/listCa...idCategory=107
I have to agree--I love ordering from Ellen's store (in fact I gave family members the link and my Christmas list ) And I do love that wonderful 'thank you' that comes with each order!
Means itz not required as such...but then how to refill the ink..???

I hope I am not overstepping by coming here to thank you all so much for your words of encouragement and support! You have no idea how much these mean to me. We take so much pride in putting our best forth each day. I am surrounded by an amazing group of women who now help me on a daily basis. It is teamwork and support that allows me to do what we do.
Malin, Malena and/or Beth are the three that help me each day to make certain that your orders are packed and shipped promptly. They have also been helping with questions or concerns - I could not do it without them! So I thank you for sharing this with me, so that I in turn can share this with them. I thank them on a constant basis for helping make Ellen Hutson LLC who we are.
Then there are those who surround me with their incredible team work - Karen Lockhart, Debbie Olson, Michelle Wooderson and Trudee Sauer, Copic and Spellbinders. I would also not feel good about what I am doing without their incredible support as well. Education is such an important aspect of my life and to have them help me educate everyone as to how to use the products I believe in - well... they are just the best in sharing step-by-step information with everyone as well.
I would be remiss if I did not thank my colleagues in this stamping universe as well - Julie Ebersole, Lisa Strahl, Nichole Heady, Emily Block, Gina Krupsky, Richard and Liz (Cornish Heritage Farms), Linda Carnell, Dave Brethauer, Copic, Spellbinders (oh dear I know I am forgetting some) - they have all added so much to my life!!! I thank them as well.
Most importantly I would like to thank all of you and Splitcoaststampers for all of your support over this past year. Your artwork inspires me, the generosity of this community amazes me, and the friendships I have made here I will treasure for a lifetime.
So what I am trying to say is, thank YOU!!! Thank you for making me feel good about what it is that I am doing with my life!
P.S. - I will get those ink boosters up in my store. They are on the shelf (along with different style nibs) and I just need to put them up - so sorry. It is that one more thing to do, that is just not getting done. I'd better hop to it - LOL!
