I bit the dust!
The other day I was on the New SU catalog forum and someone mentioned about if you have a big order why not become a demo... SOOOOOOOOO my demo that I have been using and friends with for the past hmm 4-5 years has put being a demo on the back burner because life has gotten in the way.. She's doing it, just not like before. Anywho, I have missed having group stamping.. classes.. stuff like that.. AND I've just been ordering thru her website.. So that post made me think why not. I spoke to a few friends, that were in the group and some that just know me, and I took the plunge and bit the dust.. Nervous? OH HELLO!?!?!?!?! yes I am!! But it will give me some outside the house ... bill paying... chef services.. maid services.. taxi driver.. time to "play"
I'm excited too tho.. so time will tell and we will see

I was a bit worried when I read the first line that you
bit the dust' because where I live in Australia, it means to fall down dead or wounded! So glad that it's NOT that. Good luck in your SU journey - I am sure it will be awesome!!

I am happy for you. I made a lot of nice friends and learned a lot when I was a demo. Enjoy the experience. I did go to their convention one year and I had a BLAST.

I started the exact same way. My Demo/Friend had just moved out of state and came back to do a workshop for me and my friends/family during SAB. She mentioned that since I was buying so much I should get the discount and then we'd all have someone local to demo for us. That was 5 years ago and thanks to my local family/friends and the wonderful SCS family I've been able to make it and even got to a regional for the first time this spring. Really boosted my enthusiam for SU all over again. GOOD LUCK to Both new demos!!!
